I bought Samsonite DLX-6 pro:
1. It arrived super fast.
2. The bag arrived with original Samsonite package and it is excellent 👌 as in description.
3. The price is less than Samsonite official website by 150 euro which is amazing 😍

The product I ordered arrived as expected and was well packaged. Delivery took slightly on the longer end of 5-8 days, but nothing too egregious. All in all, a very positive experience with proshop.

I oreder several times from this shop. Also here is posible to find interesting items that are not present in other shops at all.

the product was never delivered. after constant follow up the postal service agreed that it was lost. The package contents were important for my follow up trip and had to cancel it since it was not delivery. I suffered huge loss due to this. And after one week they told me that it was lost. There is no proper communication between proshop and the delivery partner. Customer service is not good as well.

The products were affordable. They arrived to me in good condition and the parcel tracking system worked ok. No problems at all.

We ordered just above the limit for free shipping. Everything was in stock until a few days later. One of the products wasn't available. Strange by itself, but by accident I discovered that the shipping date was moved for a month!!! So after calling, I let one product, which was out of stock, be removed. Unfortunately, after this, they charged me for shipping, which was a bit unfair seeing their product went out of stock after I ordered.

Proshop has to be one of the best e-shops in Denmark. The selection of products, customer service and almost all the time next-day delivery time is unbeatable. Each time I order something from their store I know it will be hassle-free and with super quick delivery. 100% recommended.

Ordered my new GPU on a Saturday when it was NOT in stock. It arrived on Friday with a bank holiday in the middle, which was beyond expectations.

The Inno3D GPU itself works great, I jumped straight into democracy in Helldivers 2 on ultra settings! I couldnt even load the game beforehand with my 1060.
I will be recommending Proshop to friends who are looking for new stuff and Inno3D for people who are looking for new GPU's!

The items arrive in 3 days and with great packaging and high quality. I use proshop now to buy all my pc parts and accessories.

I got the wrong product.
I’ve ordered a white monitor, but got the black version of the same model. The color was clearly mentioned on the box so it was not a packaging issue.
The order arrived in 5 days which is great but the speed does not really matter when you have to return it immediately and wait for it to be sent back, received, complaint to be processed, etc.
