On the rare occasion Nikki is not around e mails are picked up by a colleague and responded to in a timely manner. All together a first class serivce and highly recommeded if you are thinking of letting property.

Been dealing with Nikki Gardner at Prospects for a number of years now with regards to our rented property in Berkshire. She is extremely professional and we are very happy with the service we have received over the years.

The professional and friendly service we received from Nikki, made the whole letting experience trouble free and effortless.

Very good company

1- I had some viewings with them and found a place for 150K. I offered 140K and they didn't put it forward. Now the place is for 140K on the market.
2- They confirmed twice by email and their brochure that the service charge was zero. After the offer, it turned out that there was a service charge for aroud £600.
3- They have a mortgage broker, even though you agree to have a call with them, they don't bother to call you. I tried calling them at least 10 times, but they didn't even answer the call.

Okay, the viewing side was good, but then everything became so unprofessional.

And now I cancelled my offer and they are saying that they won't show me any more properties.
