The assessment was very though, lengthy, and detailed. I feel the results were therefore accurate. This provides me with a new perspective, The psychologist who did the assessment was very caring and supportive. This is definitely accurate and for me it helps a lot to understand myself better.

I like that my assessment was thorough and I didn’t feel judged. Or as if I was annoying them asking for clarification. I like that they explain my diagnosis at length. I love the therapist I’m working with. She listens and explains things in details. She gives me things to do in between sessions and we go over them on our sessions. She is helping me understand my disability and how to deal with it. How to set boundaries and limits. They were both a delight to works with.

I just don’t have any complaints at the moment. I joined the discord link I was sent. But I don’t know what I am supposed to do with that? I’ll message my therapists to see how it works.

So far the sessions have been very reaffirming and have helped me to view my mental health through different lenses so that I'm not left feeling like I have personal failings.

It’s concerning that after I paid for the autism assessment, I was told the full written report on the results of the test would be available in 14 days. 20 days later I am being told there is no ETA for when the clinical review team it was sent to will review it so it can be accessible to me. No ETA means I don’t know if what I paid for will take 3 months or 3 years! This is terrible customer service to not know when I get the actual report! 😡

I felt very seen and heard and in control of my therapy. I was very comfortable and at ease with my therapist.
