I booked an Mot on line for convenience…
I booked an Mot on line for convenience but I know I needed a Tpms sensor done as well , I started ringing the branch on and off from 13:30 on Friday and continued to do so until about 15:30 ,I thought I better contact the main office to see if it was open , I did to be fair get a quick response from kayleigh at head office assuring me someone would get back to me ASAP. They didn't get back to me on the day , they were open Saturday and nothing, waited until 15:30 on Monday and didn't hear back in the meantime from the manager or the branch . I sent emails to both to cancel which was acknowledged by the main office but not the store. I try to use local businesses even thoug they can be more expensive and have used the garage for 13years. This was all put in emails and they didn't seem to care, plus last mot I had a new tyre fitted and when I got home I had my locking wheel nut still on the wheel, it was a young girl working on my car I hadn't seen before and didn't want to get her in trouble as I guess she was learning and I know how that is. So in summary they don't care about keeping locals happy or even replying and you best check your wheels after having any work done, it's very disappointing to use them same business for that long and asking for something incredibly simple that a tyre shop would do every day but it was to much effort to answer the phone or ring me back when requested by head office, I don't normally write to many of these but this just isn't good enough and now myself and my family will no longer use this business.

Fitted new tyre to rim
Fitted tyre but I don't think the value was changed if so it did not have a valve cap fitted and they moved the dirt from the old to the new. Staff friendly. Not sure why protyres gives appointment times as appointment says 1 hour but it took 4.

The 1st garage I rang near me to do the same work was £385 so that's less than 1/2 price !!
Also the manager had just sacked a member of staff for not working very hard after his holiday so they were short staffed lol
