Protyre Autocare - Bristol Bishopsworth Reviews 

I attended Protyre without an appointment mid morning. Unfortunately there was only one fitter available, due to 2 members of staff being off 'aick' one member on holiday and another away for some other reason, so they were unable to assist me at that time. They asked what I required and than booked me in at mid-day on the same day, when the fitted 2 tyres on my wife's car and advised me of a promotion which discounted the price of the tyres by £20 each. I was also offered a free wheel alignment check, which due to the current state of our roads I accepted. Before the check took place, I was informed that the check was free, but if the steering needed to be adjusted there would be a charge 0f £48.00, which I accepted. As half expected, adjustments had to be made, which they carried out. I was provided with a computer printout before and after the adjustments were done. All this carried out in less than 45 minutes by friendly, cheerful and helpful staff .

This place is horrible. They only managed to change my tires after four visits. They give me an appointment, but then say we won't be able to make it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Called in with suspected slow puncture. Staff immediately checked vehicle and found pressure sensor had failed. Having a unit in store the replacement was fitted immediately.
