Caterham does have more than a few…
Caterham does have more than a few issues. One of them that shocked me was that access is still up 2 or 3 fairly steep steps with a tiny guardrail on one side only.
Surely you can do a lot better than this in 2026 with a very modest outlay of money.

Peter who was at front of shop was very tentative and professional throughout. He originally took the booking which was smooth and easy to arrange over the phone.
On arrival, temperature outside was extremely hot and Peter managed with a small portable fan to stay cheerful on the phone and face -to-face with customers entering the shop throughout the time I was waiting.
The tech, Mick, was also dedicated to his work and polite.
There was seating and free hot beverages available.

Coffee/tea is available for the waiting customer again which is a helpful thing especially in the recent heat. Good job on the wheel alignment and some tyres.

Fab service..
Visited after finding that my car had been scratched/scrapped whilst parked roadside and one of the tyres was flat. The Protyre team looked at it straight away, changed the tyre and also did their best to buff out as many of the marks on the body and wheel as possible. Very helpful and friendly team.
