Car service at Protyre
I booked my car service at Cheltenham Protyre in September then rang and asked if the garage if they could check the brakes as my son would be driving the car to Heathrow which was quite a distance away I wanted to make sure the brakes are ok. The garage not only did the service they also produced a brake report to ensure me that the car was safe to drive. That’s what I called a service! Well done Protyre.

Pro tyre are excellent. Great communication, friendly staff and happy to explain things. They were very accurate timewise and were happy to let me drop my car off hours earlier.
They will definitely be my go to garage.

Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
These guys go out of their way to be helpful and professional. Just had my aircon done on a Corsa which isn't actually straight forward. There is a nice place to sit and work, good wifi and coffee. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

First time I had used the Cheltenham branch. They fitted 2 new tyres for me and conducted free alignment check, which was a 4 wheel alignment, better than I had been expecting. Work done well and as fast as had been suggested. Great service by Mark and his team.

Great Experience
I have been using Pro-Tyre Cheltenham for many years and have always received excelled service from the team.
I recently took my car in for an MOT. The communication was clear and the process made simple. PT kept to the agreed time slots. They explained the outcome of the test and gave me helpful advice.
The waiting area was clean, welcoming and well stocked with drinks if you want to wait.
Very happy with service provided, would happily recommend the business.

Super helpful service from ProTyre
Courteous and most helpful service from Manager Mark Baker yesterday and this morning. I'm a driving instructor who needed a replacement tyre at very short notice for a driving test at 11am this morning. Trust my car to have low profile 'special' tyres on 20" rims that no one seems to carry in stock. Damaged tyre was spotted at 4:30pm the evening before. I contacted several Cheltenham fitters with no luck before arriving at ProTyre. Mark said not to worry and ordered the replacement tyre to be delivered next morning i.e. today. "Come in at 8:30am and we'll have it sorted for you." And that's just what Mark and his team did. Thanks Mark. Great service. And my pupil passed first time with just two minor faults. What looked like a disaster turned into a good day.
