Never received service sheets just an invoice. No idea therefore of what was done or the condition of tyres and brakes etc. Asked if as an extra to Bronze Service could they grease the sliding doors. Sadly they said they were too busy. Although I have been a customer for many years for Mot, service and repairs I shall go elsewhere in future

Friendly and welcoming staff
I took my nephews car without an appointment to Protyre Corby, Sham & Aiden welcomed me as I explained the problem, Aiden dropped everything he was doing and came outside to the car with a battery tester, he quickly established it was past its best, being probably about 8 years old, Sham promptly got on the phone and ordered the correct battery which he advised would be about half an hour so I decided to leave the car and return later.
As I walked down past Asda I thought how refreshing it was to see two young men passionate about delivering the best customer experience they could, highly commendable.
An hour or so later the phone rang to advise the car was ready, grabbed my nephew after his work and we went back to collect the car.
Super efficient service,thanks to the whole Protyre ,Corby team.
Would highly reccomend taking your car here.

Excellent service from booking to drive away.
The online booking was simple to use and the time-slot system worked well. In fact, the nice chap in reception apologised that, as they were one man down, it might take a little longer to fit my tyres.
I went across the road to do a little shopping and when I came back my car was ready for me and they were just about to call me to let me know.
The fitter then informed me that my rear discs and pads were low - the warning message on the dash was a bit of a give-away - but the fitter had gone to the trouble of actually measuring the disc thickness and pad material remaining.
Excellent service from a nice bunch of lads, oh, and the price of the tyres was very competitive.
I'll be bringing my wife's car along when it needs new tyres too.

Poor poor service
Poor poor service. Always used to go here for years but took them 1hr 20mins to change one tyre. Staff laughing loudly swearing and looking at vids on phone instead of working. Unprofessional. Poor customer service. As a woman made me feel very intimidated. Went to tanvic and had another tyre done there totally different experience. Thought the days of women feeling like this in such situations were over. Felt like I was walking into a 1980s garage. So disappointed as this was establishment used to be fab!!!!!
