Did not find this company very friendly or helpful. Made me feel I should have booked directly with them and felt the end result was very untidy .Spent nearly £500 so was looking for a better service, to be fair they did fit tyres in record time

Had a huge bulge in one of my front tyres late afternoon. Staff were great and had me back on the road after fitting two new front tyres. They hadn’t much life left in them anyway. Great service from friendly staff.

The order as straight forward. The staff were helpful and took the car on time.

Not great
Having failed 3 times to get answer on phone purchased two tyres on line which links you in to booking a fitting time. They ask you to be prompt for appointment, no idea why as you simply join the queue of other people randomly waiting. My car was started some 40 mins after ‘appointment’ time despite being on site on plenty of time. Another customer I spoke with was still waiting for them to start on his car over an hour after his allocated time.
Front office staff should have at least some customer interaction skills and not a great look for the company when customers are looking to get in and out and fitters split their time between working vaping and stopping for a cigarette.
Over the years I have purchased many tyres from Protyre or Denton tyres as it used to be. Suspect however I won’t be back and other ‘booked customer’ I spoke with certainly won’t be back.
All round a pretty negative experience but on the plus side the tyres were competitively priced.

Very quick at sourcing my tyre ,fitted and balanced beautifully and tyre pressure correctly set and done in very quick time ,I have used Dumfries before and most certainly will again -Great Service .

Great customer service

Shocking!
Made an appointment online for 9am. Still had to wait 40 mins! They also forgot to do the tracking and had to be reminded. Drove away and they had not balanced the tires! Really shocking service
