Tyres under-inflated and wheel nuts too tight
They sell tyres and do a few other things. I went in for two new tyres and an aircon recharge. I now have two new tyres in the correct places, and a paper slip showing the output from an automated aircon recharge machine, so I can't fault them on that. However, when I checked the next day, the tyres had been quite badly under-inflated, and the wheel nuts were tightened far too much. That's not OK.

Great service - friendly and efficient
Have used Protyre Exeter over the last few years and each time have received great service. I also use their free service for winter/summer 'healthchecks' on my car. If any repairs are needed they always explain (in plain English) what's needed and the cost so there are no nasty surprises.

The experience was straight forward
The experience was straight forward and the guy on the desk was an angel! I cannot remember his name (sorry) but he wrote me a full report for the car. I only booked a 30 min slot but need more time for what I needed and he efficiently rebooked me for a few hours later,got the work done and wham! Was a spenny day but so worth it. Thank you to the Marsh Barton team, always amazing!

I booked my car in for a service and MOT. It failed the MOT and needed a fair bit of work in order to pass. At every stage I was kept updated and informed of costs. Ross and his team worked incredibly hard to keep the costs down, which was such a relief. Ross was very polite and personable and I couldn't have been happier with the way I was treated.
