Purchased 2 new tyres for my car. Have used Micheldever Tyres many times. Always friendly and professional at competitive prices. Highly recommend

Tried ordering tyres on line, needed 4, only had 3 in stock. Return email tried selling more expensive replacements, returned email requesting a delivery date. No response. Tried the next week still showing no stock, put on the comment as above, no response so called the garage, was told there had been a mix up on stock levels and that they would call me back. No call received. Third time lucky on the next weekend, purchased tyres and booked a time slot, arrived on time, garage very quiet, still had to wait more than 1/2 hour before car started. Will shop around next time.

Plugged my tyre puncture and was back on the road in about half hour with no pre booking , top job.

Tyres good value and fitted by knowledgeable fitter.

Booked for 9.00 am fitting but didnt get done until 10.30am. Very disappointed. I did mention this to chap who inspected tyres at 9.45am but no response or action taken.

The whole experience of visiting Micheldever Tyres is a pleasure and runs very smoothly.
But on this visit I had an exceptionally helpful visit from Julian who was checking the tracking on my car and he invited me to go down into the pit and see that there was a problem with some work that he recently been carried out on the front right hand wheel station - without him pointing this out to me I simply would never have known until the car broke down or worse the car failed structurely.
So this was a massively professional support from Julian and Micheldever Tyres.

The mot bay had its ramp set into the floor giving a level loading onto the ramp. This is what I needed for my low ground clearance car. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have a nice clean waiting room with customer toilets that are also clean.

OK on the whole.
However, it took 1.5 hours to replace 2 tyres and check and adjust the wheel alignment. Also one of the back tyres was inflated to 32 psi (correct) and the other to 36psi (not correct).
Always worth checking your tyre pressures after a tyre change.

It’s was so easy to book, and very easy when I arrived. All staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

Got the work done (front wheel alignment). Reasonable price. It took over an hour though, and I had booked and paid online in advance. Not sure what the point of booking was when I still had to wait in a queue then explain what I needed doing.

Cold waiting room - first thing in morning!

The work seems to have been done well, but their appointment system is a bit useless. I booked online, only to be told to go the next day, first thing, because the tyres weren’t in.
They make a big deal about showing up on time, but when I did there were 6 cars ahead of me - they don’t stick to the appointments at all so there’s no point making one. I let them upsell me wheel alignment, so after my tyres were done my car disappeared for ages. Maybe an hour. In the end I had to ask where it was, and it was available in minutes. I’ve no idea what was going on.

An excellent and professional service. I was speedily attended to. The guys fitting the new trres showed me a slightly buckled wheel and very clearly laid out the options for me as to what to do with it.
