Broken alloy cover
Reception was ok, the man who replaced my tyres broke one of my alloy covers because he didn't know how to get them off! He apologised but I was gobsmacked and didn't report it to the reception desk, I should've but its done. Tbh I think he was annoyed as he was pulled off a job and asked to do my car so wasn't happy.

ive been using these guys for years now and they have gone down hill, last few times ive been the bloke that works on reception always come across as being stressed and no time for customer service, this time arrived for MOT 2 mins late and was told abruptly they couldn't do the MOT

There was issue with delivery of tyres…
There was issue with delivery of tyres from there supplier and this was only highlighted once I arrived at my lotted slot and to return two days later for fitment Recommend you phone them before setting off.
Service and fitment was fine and they give me discount on extra tyre I had fitted

Had pre booked the tyres and time but…
Had pre booked the tyres and time but we ere told it would be over an hour.
Also tracking for rear wheels cost over £40.
We wanted to support a local company even though it was a bit more expensive but then it got more time consuming and even more expensive.

Made an appointment for 12 noon. On the bay at 12.05. Five tyres fitted and balanced, and on my way shortly afterwards.
Excellent service especially from the two lads who did the job. Very happy as always.

Poor service on three occasions.
Went in for and aircon top up system was working gas removed told me it failed the vacuum test. Money refunded but £80 worth of gas missing took it to another garage same day tested for leaks and passed vacuumed checked again an passed then filled up. On another occasion I went to have my exhaust checked for n a vehicle I had just purchased and they said to spot / tell me the DPF had been cut open and gutted. And also had an MOT it failed on a few blubs (free retest items) didn’t offer to fix them and could not offer the free retest within 24 hours so booked me in 3 days later and wanted £25 retest fee. I did t pay it but it’s just bad practice.
