My locking wheel nut key was missing, the manager - Paul? Recommended several places and the problem was resolved easily. The tyre replacement itself was ahead of schedule and promptly fitted. I would thoroughly recommend these guys!

I rang up and explained I’d had a blow out, they asked if I could leave the vehicle and they’d try a fit it in. Barely 30 minutes later they called to say it was done. Brilliant service as always, great group of workers there too.

The staff knew I was coming so it was a quick drop off. As I was on a course locally I explained that I would pick the car up about 16:30 which they were happy with. The price was very competitive for the 2 tyres I had fitted.

Perfect service!
We arrived slightly early for our pre-booked appointment. The tyres we bought were in stock and fitted in next to no time. The man on reception was very welcoming and kept us updated as to progress.
Our experience at the other Protyre branch in Salisbury (Churchfields) is that the tyres we have ordered are often not available and people without appointments are able to rock up and be dealt with before us, so this branch is a huge breath of fresh air. We will be returning!

After hitting a pothole and tearing a hole in the tyre wall. Chris stayed on after closing to meet me with the recovery truck. Made sure that my car was secure overnight.
My car was sorted and ready to be collected the following morning.
