Great customer care
I was shocked when my car failed it's Mot but Paul talked me through my options and gave me his advice. He also took time to reassure me that once this wear and tear maintenance was done my little Jazz would serve me well for a lot longer yet! The work was completed the same day. I used Protyres at Wickham previously. It's further for me to go now they've moved to Segensworth but Paul offered to collect my car for its next Mot which is amazing. All things considered I drove away a happy customer!

Highly recommend them, I would not use any other garage but protyre segensworth. Great chaps at Segensworth
Great chaps at Segensworth. Saturday service went well, and they did a repair on my slow puncture. Couldn't guarantee the fix, so they didnt charge me for this. Fingers crossed it lasts another 2k miles before they need replacing anyway.

Above and beyond
Took my Tesla in to which i discovered spares for the lower RH suspension are harder to obtain than Gold. Talking to the staff a solution was presented. They fitted the parts very quickly for me due to an upcoming meeting in the North, and went above and beyond by fitting not just the right but the left as well. All for a very reasonable price. Great customer service and professional service! 5 Stars!
