Had my are ac charged why does the…

Had my are ac charged why does the young guy lie I ask why there is no oil tank has no oil on the mashing he said the down arrow Whicker sucks the oil and condensation out first the arrow was down with the oil it had sucked out now the other two oil containers were empty which should have had oil in them I took a pic off them Showed my local garage. The arrow is marked for down used oil sucked out the other two containers should have oil in them. For the guy to say the arrow is the wrong way round bull shit Now my worries are it has no oil in ac pump it will sez up. I would like a response from a senior or MD person and would like to now how you are rectifying the problem the garage also said the oil is expensive put it’s reflected in the price thanks Brian. Joy

Had AC re_gassed a few days before…

Had AC re_gassed a few days before holiday and the heatwave. They did the AC and it blew some cold air but not as it should be, I rang to say it wasn't blowing cold air. They rebooked the car in , turned up on the day and they said your not booked in and wanted me to come the next day, they weren't very helpful, I lost all confidence by this time and took the car else where, only to find the car only had 30gs of gas in, the new garage put 625gs and gave me a print out. I have since got my money back from Protyre direct. I would not go back to the Wilmslow garage!
