Rang at 0830 20/12/21 spoke KIRAN who was very helpful in changing my car details so I could pick my car up later in the day. She was very polite and efficient and the change over was done very quickly.

I spoke to David today to change my pasword because the web site was down. David was very helpful with my enquiry and dealt with my issue very professionally. Thank you David.

I have had to make two calls in the last week. Both times the advisers (Olivia and Dave) were very helpful, polite and efficient,.

Dave was really helpful and understanding on the phone, explained to me how to find my proof of no claims policy, but because I had to use my phone I couldn’t load it up properly so I rang back a couple of hours later and Dave answered again and was once again really helpful and sent it across to my email for me instead, really polite and definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had with provident. Top man

kiran - Phoned Provident insurence to inform them of my change of address - The lady that I dealt with was very helpful and the change of address was completed with no issue.

My car was hit by another driver who left the scene while my car was stationary.
They raised my premium because they blamed me, my damage was never paid for me.
Even police was informed but they didn't care about it.
It's a rip off company please avoid it at any cost!

I have been with Provident for 5 years now and I recommend highly. They have an online account which is easy to use and the staff are always willing and eager to help if you have any queries.
