Brilliant company for disabled car drivers, I thought when I'd been involved in an accident I would struggle to get help with mobility however this amazing team of people looked after me from start to finish many thanks to Dave, Simon, Lawrence and Dawn who looked after me.

Fast to arrange and next day delivery
Fast to arrange my vehicle with next day delivery. The driver Joesph was lovely and very helpful, he explained all the different controls and showed me around the car in detail to make sure I was happy with the hire. A great service and highly recommend. This is the second time I've used them and they make it very easy and stress free to use.

Proximo takes care and understanding to a whole new level.
This company has been by far the easiest and best part of sorting out the many issues arising from a motability, wheelchair accessible vehicle which has to go into the garage for fixing. Efficiency, understanding and always treated with the utmost care and respect. Today Des (Airdrie) took care to a whole new level when after showing me how to operate the various bits of my replacement car, came back after I was unable to operate the restraints...a silly error on my part as it turned out but he returned within an hour of my call and was pleasant throughout although this would have added considerably to his day's work. Thank you Proximo and, especially, Des...you have saved our lives .again!!

Great Approach
The delivery of my wheelchair accessible vehicle went well because of the careful approach by Paul Edney.
He called me beforehand to say he'd be here shortly and even warned me about the weather.When it came for me to take the vehicle he explained everything I needed to know in a professional manner.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

What a positive experience from start…
What a positive experience from start to Daniel Molindas who gave me a full demo of the vehicle. My case handler kept me totally informed about the process and got me a disabled car the very next day. Due to my mobility car being out of action

Proximo Drivers are excellent
Dawn Joyner was collecting my hire vehicle yesterday, following a delivery. Despite Dawn having some complications with the delivery, therefore delaying her pickup from me, she kept me informed throughout the day so that I was not inconvenienced at all.
As with all delivery/collection drivers from Proximo Dawn was unfailingly polite and cheerful whenever I spoke to her.
