Placed an order in July. Haven’t received anything yet. Still waiting.
No reply to the emails or phone calls.
Requested for refund but nothing.

Placed order on 25th July - paid in full. Still not received any goods 8 weeks later. Do not return emails or calls. I will be taking this further to reclaim the funds paid.

If there was the option to give no stars, that would reflect more precisely just how shocking this business/scam is!
Ordered pizza proving goods in May and although I received an email in July to say there was a delay, I still to this day am waiting to receive my order.
They have my money - I have no goods!!!
The emails bounce back stating the address is not found!

I have ordered meat grinder from them in december 2022 and it broke down after first use...tried to contact them regarding the return and refund but after first 2 emails they stopped responding both emails and phone calls, and its Septembernow...do not deal with them...Im taking it further now...

OMG ordered on 11th July, never arrived emailed them to say I needed the glasses fir 29th July, Rob assured me I would get them in time ha still waiting 7 weeks later. They now ignore my emails, how are they allowed to get away with this? Wish I'd checked reviews before ordering

ordered and paid 4th July 23, even phoned to make sure the items were in stock before confirming the order. Now 25th August and nothing has arrived and no response to emails or telephone messages as they do not answer the phone.

Do not by buy from these, ordered a fridge fan on the 30th July and still not received tried calling everyday never answer have sent emails no response total scam

Do not use this company you won't get your goods terrible company needs reporting as spam

Ordered bins and bin lids on 23rd June.
Still waiting on delivery. Can never get an answer when we phone.

Absolutely awful experience, product never arrived initially kept getting excuses. After a month asked over the phone ( when I could get through) and via email for a refund that never happened. Seems to be a one person outfit.I wasted literally hours

DO NOT BUY.... Ordered a large Aluminium baking tray on the 3rd July 2023, it's now a month later and no item has been received. Multiple delivery dates given! Absolutely dreadful customer service! Forwarded it to my bank to deal with.. Another scam website!!

Update.. Did receive my money back after forwarding to my bank. But no request sent by the seller to have the item returned, if it did however turn up. Tells me, the item never got dispatched in the first place! Total waste of time!! Avoid like the plague!!!

Fraudsters, do not reply to emails, answer phone goes straight to a guy called Rob who clearly ignores, or send goods, reported to credit card company. they need closing down.

Absolutely shower of s**sters!!
Ordered wine chillers for a wedding one month ago.
Have been constantly lied to re delivery date. Took money immediately and not delivered despite telling Rob they were needed for a wedding.
I will be exercising any rights I may have for further proceedings if my money is not refunded.

This company is a SCAM. They take your money and then don’t send the order. Do NOT order from them.

Minus 10 if I could give that. Another one fell for a SCAM. Report to police. They need catching. Steeling thousands!

I never normally write reviews but had to on this to warn others. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY !! They take your money and you won't get your goods and they will not respond to any form of communication. Will try bank now to get refund.

Made the mistake of not checking the reviews and placed order
The only chance you have of getting your order is by going threw trading standards and then this wolly Rob will contact you with a fake sob story excuse that he's had a family illness to deal with hence why after 10 weeks they've not sent the order but will get it over now (because you've made a formal complaint in writing after contacting trading standards)
Finally received wine glasses although they are different size to what I ordered as Rob said that size was discontinued but still haven't received a VAT receipt after numerous requests

I ordered goods on 12th January 2023 they wont answer the phone or reply to emails, but they do take your money. I put a claim into my bank and was lucky enough to get my money back.

Ordered 5th Jan. Have emailed, phoned and left messages. No response.
Lost £187. Now 14th March. Reporting to bank to see if able to claim money back. Absolutely disgusting that a company can continue to operate and take peoples money without fulfilling orders
