The Pubshop Catalogue 

Paid for 5 day delivery, now over 1 month later no delivery and no reply to emails.
I intend to contact my bank and Trading Standards. It looks as though they have stolen £198 off me.

Ordered 48 bowls in January and received confirmation by e-mail. Still awaiting the order 6 weeks later and don't respond to e-mails or calls. This is definitely a SCAM.
Do not deal with this company unless you want to lose your money.

Update. Have heard from the company and they are going through tough times. Really appreciated receiving a call from them today.

Never order from this people. I have to ring my bank to recover the money.

Agree with all other comments - this company appears to be fraudulent. Ordered box of glasses on 22 Jan 23, money immediately taken. By end of Feb no delivery and all e-mails unanswered, phone calls go to answer phone, no response on chat line.
Avoid this company unless you want to lose your money!

I wish I had read reviews before I ordered from then. Cancelled delivery and no refund yet.

Ordered in December - goods have never arrived. They've ignored all methods of contact - requests for order update & refund.
Today I have reported them to Trading Standards, and I urge all disgruntled customers do the same.

The tray that I ordered is n Nov ( express delivery ) arrived in Jan , broken !
I sent many emails but had no reply , nor from my voice messages !
When I eventually got to speak to someone they asked for me to send pictures then I could get a refund !
I did this immediately , it is now 20th Feb and despite many emails and calls no one has replied and I have not been refunded !!

I am another one - I would give no stars if i could as this is clearly a scam judging by other comments. Should have been more careful - but just moved house, family member in hospital - didn't pay attention. will try through credit card to get money back but more importantly these people need to be in jail. i have raised an issue with the Shop app - this sort of legitimised them so they need to take them off their app

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered 27th Jan 2023 and nothing....they took my £81 though! Contacting bank, scam company!

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered same as everyone haven't received my order tried emailing them ringing them nothing...

Same with everyone else. I purchased tumblers at the end of January. I have asked for the status of my order a few times and now asked for cancellation of my order all in email. I have not received any response. I am now talking to my bank to get my money back. What they are doing is a crime!

Same as everyone's complaint. I placed my order on 27th Jan and am still waiting to receive my item. I've tried contacting on live chat, emails and phone calls but no answer. I've raised a case with consumer rights and contacted my bank for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Sorry to say I am writing a review the same as everyone else. Ordered 22nd Jan, paid £9 delivery for 1-5 day service (expensive for a pair of shoes), but order never despatched, no responses to e-mails, no one answers the phone, and needless to say I haven't received the goods and it is now the 12th Feb. Claimed money back from my bank who are in turn going to claim it back from this shower of a company's bank. If indeed there is any money in it!

Despite chasing many times I’ve received no goods and no refund . Emails and web chat now ignored .
Feels like a total scam .

This company is a joke! Placed an order 2 weeks ago and paid for express delivery as I was opening a new restaurant. I have email them, left so many voicemails and have not had a single response.

The have taken payment for the order and I have no way of cancelling my order or getting a refund.

Paid for my order on 19th January. Assured my order was in stock on 30th January. …assured of delivery that week… now the 9th Feb2023 and still no sign!..?…
I’ve tried phoning but just get someone called Rob’s answering machine and no promised reply! What about just getting it sent Pubshop!.. then just maybe I’ll write a better review.. right now I’m loosing faith.

Would give zero stars if possible! Same story as everyone else on here. Ordered in December. Nothing received. No response to chat, emails or phone messages. AVOID!

Do not purchase from this company, no response from emails or calls. money taken but goods not recieved.

I've learnt a valuable lesson to look up reviews before I buy ANYTHING online.

How this company is still operating is beyond me, thieving b*****ds!
