Customer service has declined

Customer service has declined. The device I purchased broke after less than 2 months. I reached out for a replacement and received no response after multiple tries. Luckily, the manufacturer did issue me a replacement. I will buy directly from them from now on and not through PuffItUp again.

Amazing products, but terrible customer service.

I’ve reached out to the company three separate times for two different orders and received NO response.

In the second instance I had ordered a mouthpiece and reached out to them about it, so they sent another one immediately… But again they did not talk to me at all… and the mouthpiece they sent the second time was also the wrong mouthpiece…

My order never arrived

My order never arrived. When I contacted them they said it was my problem, that, according to their records, had been delivered. They said I needed to reach out to USPS directly, but never provided a tracking number or instructions on how to do that.

First time customer probably last

This is my first time ordering from this company. They had a great Mothers Day sale so I took advantage of it. All items were in stock. I'm checking the tracking number and package is arriving on time. When it was delivered all I got was the free candy. I emailed puffitup and was told it was on back order. I requested a time frame so I could decide if I wanted to wait or get a refund. No one has gotten back to me either way. Now what? Am I just out $70?

Email bounced back

The email that puff it up sent me did not work in response to my previous review. If you are serious about trying to make it right like you said in your reply, I would appreciate you sending an email to me that doesn’t bounce back.

Amazing 2nd experience

Initially had a bad experience with this company due to misunderstanding with the associate. They’ve since then reached out and made things right. This rep went above and beyond and certainly changed my thoughts on this company.
