The item itself was excellent, but!!! It was poorly packaged and there was a break in the envelope, so it could easily have “disappeared”!!!! Thankfully it didn’t and as I say the beany is a cracker, but you really need to address the packaging, which is reflected in my poor star rating!!!5🌟for the hat, 3 for the package and that’s generous!

Faults on site/check out
Ordered small-medium , on check out noticed it said medium-large, purposely went back to change it to small-medium thinking it was a mistake I had made, only to continue and receive a confirmation email stating the hat would be a medium-large , I sent an email explaining and that I would check if it fits as it has already been dispatched. Which I feel was fair on my behalf ...
the hat does not fit and I have sent about 3 emails now and not heard anything in return

Hi, we have received 2 emails from you, the 1st was notifying us that the wrong size was ordered, but this email was sent after the cap had been dispatched, we did respond to this email, and have again responded directly to the email attached to the order.
We are now expecting the cap back, as stated in the 2nd message, and as soon as the cap is with us, we will email you confirmation and process the refund or exchange, as you prefer.

NO POSTAGE PROTECTION
For the money i spent purchasing a "new era" hat and for it to be sent via post in a bag with no protection within the bag posted through my letter box and subsequently mis-shapen not on the peak but on the face is a little bit of a joke. It's a delicate item, so I'm not too pleased to be honest.

I am really sorry the item arrived in this condition, all of our items are shipped in boxes, and would not be able to go through a letter box.
I have checked this with Royal Mail, and the tracking is stating this item has not yet been delivered.
We have requested a redlivery from Royal Mail, and this is due to be with you by Monday the 15th July.
