Considering the product was shipped across an ocean, I'm very happy with how it arrived. The packaging was solid (there weren't any air pouches, but the hat still arrived fine), shipping was decently fast (although I wish there would have been a way to track the package), and the hat itself seems high quality and wears comfortably. I would buy from them again in the future.
