Today I was visited by your engineer for a service of my SaniCOMPACT. This is the second element of work I have requested from PumpMaster over the last few years.
His honest assessment and explanation was refreshing. He recommended the service risked more harm to the unit due to its age and, given it remained in a serviceable condition, should have routine maintenance only until it reaches end of life.
I continue to be impressed by PumpMaster’s customer service and have no doubt, when the time comes to replace my unit, I will seek your services again.

I can’t recommend this company: can’t do attitude and a very rude manager. We have now moved to the Saniflo franchise which serves Buckinghamshire and is an excellent company: Derek Turner.

The engineer who called was fantastic. He arrived on time and was very polite and pleasant. I asked him several questions to understand what was going on and these were answered in a simple way (I know nothing about the Saniflo systems). He did an excellent job and advised what to tell the plumber when he called (part of the problem was nothing to do with saniflo) I am really really impressed

Darren was efficient and gave us some useful advice. We were so pleased with him that I wrote to his manager to pass on our thanks.

For the last few years, Pumpmaster has serviced two Saniflo units in a flat that we let to tenants. The most recent service was this week. As usual, it was very easy to arrange an appointment, which took place within a few days of my phone call. The service was efficient and thorough. Pumpmaster staff are a delight to deal with and respond very quickly and helpfully to questions.

Occasionally, our tenants have sent items through the Saniflo units that should not have been disposed of in this way, causing a unit to break down. Pumpmaster has always responded quickly to requests for emergency support, and much more quickly than many local plumbers, who have not always been able to fix the problem. Pumpmaster are definitely my 'go to' people for any problems with Saniflo units.

My macerater was giving me a lot of trouble and Ashley came with a new Macerator while he was explaining things i broke down in tears , i was going through a bereavement, he was so kind and considerate and put the extra time to help me understand the problem with the macerator, we need more people like Ashley in this world . Thank you so much.

Absolutely blown away by what can only be described as honest, knowledgable and utterly professional customer service. After suffering all week with a horror show (made worse by another company) with our saniplus, we were immediately put at ease by Alice who sent the engineer called Darren who talked my wife through everything he did in an easy to understand/non patronising way.

Unfortunately we required a follow up visit which was dealt with almost immediately and this time the engineer was called Mark. They wasted no time in stripping everything down, checking every step of the process to find the issue - ultimately being a combination of things, but again nothing seemed like too much trouble, the advice was excellent and even though we’re not sure the problem is completely solved - we trust the guidance and cannot fault the world class service received so far.

Am so very thankful to the team who during a difficult time have made sure we are looked after and will not hesitate to call them should the need arise in future.

Cannot stress this enough - do not even trouble your mind for one moment - call Pumpmaster and they will take care of of you completely transparently and no rip off merchants here at all.

Called out to fix a saniflo but left the property saying we needed a plumber to remove the toilet bowl before they could fix it - surprising for two reasons, firstly the same job has been done many times previously without the need for that work and secondly, I thought they were plumbers! They charged me over £100 for the visit. I paid for another plumber to remove the toilet bowl so they could clean out the saniflo. However, yet again, they left the property without doing the work and to top it off sent me a bill for another £80! Not sure whether I’m more disappointed with the waste of time (this process has taken 6 weeks) or the money.

Your technician, Ramon, came out to fix a problem which was something not covered by your company (pump is actually from a different company). Ramon walked an extra mile by sorting the problem for us as it was a real crisis situation. Well done for delivering a fantastic service. Will highly recommend your company wherever I go. 🖐

Polite, knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend.

Came out within 24 hours of reporting the fault. Knew what the problem was straight away. Fixed it and out the door within an hour. Wish he did fridges and ovens too.

Cannot fault this service from beginning to end from this company. Although I had to wait a few days it was due to the fact that I was not available rather than them. Paul who came to fix my suniflo unit was quick and efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty and I cannot thank him enough for his help. Would totally recommend this company again and again very professional.

Pumpmaster offer a realistic timescale for repairs and are a good company to deal with.

Called pump master in to fix a Saniflo unit. Engineer Darren arrived on time was friendly and helpful. Warned me beforehand that it may not be fixable. Very knowledgable. Explained why the unit had failed, replaced the faulty components tested and cleaned up and explained the guarantee. Overall a great job.

blocked my loo with wipes, these guys had no problem sifting through my poop and got ii woring again...the toilet not the poop..well worth the price ..no way i was touching my own poop

From the first initial call the service I received was flawless, the engineer arrived the following day in the morning. He managed to get the pump back up and running after a service. He was in and out of the house within an hour, and left my bathroom clean and tidy. Unlike most other call out companies he had the spares with him to sort the job out on the day. Highly recommended!

Filled in the online enquiry form regarding a complete installation from scratch , only to receive an email saying :

I don't yet have a product and I don't wish to pay almost 2p per min to phone them. Very poor initial response and taking my business elsewhere.
