Very Pleased
Recently received my new PC from Punch and I'm very pleased. Discovered them online and so glad I did. I wanted a PC without the operating system as I was cloning my old PC onto the new one. Their website is very user friendly, enabling you to build a PC to your requirements. The different options are explained in detail, as well as clear pricing as you go. Ended up with a great spec PC, with everything I need and nothing I don't, at a price that is really good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Punch and will definitely be using them again.
These guys are absolutely amazing
These guys are absolutely amazing. I recently ordered my new PC from them.... after 6 years of running my old PC (also from them!), and I can't sing enough praise. They've helped me through the whole process, helping me choose the right build and then helped me get some old components into the new one. Their customer service is probably one the best i've ever come across and they're just lovely people in general. Thank you guys. You've been amazing.
Fault and correction.
My son unfortunately received his new PC with a faulty SSD drive. For a couple of weeks we went back and forth with try this and try that, but nothing seemed to work, so we were understandably disappointed. So, I made a phone call and talked to a very nice gentleman called Jonathan, who within a couple of days had booked the PC in to a local repair shop (Guernsey) to diagnose and rectify the problem. My son is very pleased with the PC which is now working brilliantly.
Only 4stars as the PC wasn’t working correctly on arrival, but 4stars well earned by the very helpful Jonathan. Thank you Punch Tech.

Can only at this stage talk about the ordering & delivery process which was flawless. Responses quick to any queries that I had. As yet to fire it up but feel confident if there were problems they would be dealt with promptly.
Great PC Rig, Top Service, & A Warranty Stuck To.
Punch Technology were recommended to me by a family member years ago. So I purchased my PC dream machine from them the other year. Last week one of the case fan bearings failed, and the service from Punch was first class. All issues sorted, great communication, will buy another rig from again when the time comes. Cheers Oliver, and the rest of the Punch Technology gang.
Excellent service…
I have just received excellent service from Punch and especially Jonathan. He was extremely thorough when investigating the issues my pc was having and took the time to understand what the particular issues were and gave excellent advice on how best to resolve these issues. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Punch to anyone wishing to purchase a pc, have an existing one upgraded or having issues resolved.
Huge delays but quality product provided
Ordered on 3rd of jan, didn't get any update. Assumed my pc was being delayed due to seasonal time (Christmas/new years) which is understandable. 2 weeks later I get a call saying case is unavailable, have to either choose another case or full refund. They were kind enough to price match a similar case for the inconvenience. But i altered some of the fans so the build would look more uniform. This made my build slightly cheaper. Upgraded the memory & was still left with £6 difference which was refunded to me. I asked how long will it possibly take for it to arrive to me. Was informed that case will be delivered to them within 2 days and after that, build will be done promptly so my pc would be with me around a week...
Nearly a Week passed I didn't hear anything so I contacted customer support requesting update... they told me further delays due to waiting for some stock to arrive. Which is a joke... wasted nearly 3 weeks they haven't even started building my pc yet. Only response they could give is they'll prioritise my build as soon as the stock arrives(which they told me is due to arrive the next day on the 22nd jan) I expressed my disappointment for the huge delays, no proactive updates on the build and being left blindly waiting for my order. Their tracking system still says awaiting build its been just shy of 3 week now... they haven't replied to my email about my disappointment with everything that's happened.
I already waited soo long.. invested 3 weeks into this. Only reason I'm still sticking around is the fact how long I've already waited, otherwise I would've asked for full refund.
UPDATE:
They did get to me in the end (was ordered start of new year and so delays are to be expected) PC came packed nicely and secure. No issues with what was provided. Quality of work done was good. Happy with my build. Been using it regularly.
And they've also reached out to me given me partial discount for the delay and bad experience. Which is a nice gesture. And I'm happy with my purchase.
VERY good company, i 100% recommend!…
I'm very happy with my gaming pc now and here's my experience for anyone who wants to buy one from punch tech. i ordered it during black Friday with standard delivery which took about 14 days to arrive to me (id recommend paying for express as it would've been much quicker) and when it came i first removed the glass panel which is very easy and took out the insta pack which is like inside the pc to protect it, i also used chat gpt to make sure if all cables were plugged in and stuff. ALSO as a heads up you will recive a second package with your mother board box and inside it there will be your power cable (i was looking for this and i got scared bc i thought they didn't send me one) and other accessories like thermal paste and cables and then plug it all in and start installing, my pc hasn't had any issues and works great!.
No technical following up if you have a problem
I purchased from the Fierce PC website but the order was fulfilled by Punch technology.
Everything arrived OK and as promised. However I experience issues (random crashes). I filled in the web form twice (no response) and emailed twice.
I finally got a response asking for more information to be provided. I email this back.... and no response.
As long as everything works out, you will be fine.....otherwise you are well and truly on your own....
Good products coupled with good integrity
I decided to upgrade my video editing PC as the direct consequence of Microsoft condemning our existing perfectly good Windows 10 PC to the scrap yard. After some consideration and research I chose Punch Technology to build a more powerful machine. The bill came to £2500 and suggested build time of approx 3 weeks.
The machine was built on time and shipped to us via DPD. The DPD driver inexplicably dropped the well packaged PC over a garden gate onto a flagstone path (a 1.4 metre drop). Bad luck for DPD in that I have good CCTV that recorded it all.
Initially, after unpacking, there was no obvious damage, and the new PC booted-up okay. However we were plagued with intermittent black screen crashes. I contacted Punch Tech and we went though a series of investigations to establish the cause of the black screen events. This took a number of days effort as the symptoms/causes were not clear. We jointly came to the conclusion that it was best if I returned the PC to Punch Technology for their investigation (no cost to me).
Eventually Punch Technology had to replace the motherboard, the power supply unit and the expensive PC case. They'd been damaged during the DPD PC delivery "accident." Again no charge to me.
The repaired PC has now been back with us for one month and is working just fine.
Throughout this process the Punch Technology team were highly professional and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Terrible First Impression
Hoping I can increase rating in time, as my order is incomplete but my initial experience has been very poor. First time customer ordering a customised PC on Oct 19th. Was quoted 7-10 WD lead time both on the website and the order acknowledgment. WD 17 has no came on gone and my PC build hasnt even started yet. Im currently in position 126 in a queue where i was position 128 a week ago. I have qeuried and did get a reply within a few days explaining Punch had high order intake in the month, was told my PC would be despatached late last week or early this week (its Tuesday evening now.) A proactive email out to people waiting on orders to help manage there expectations would have helped, but other than a response to my query, i havent had a single communication since ordering over 3 weeks ago.
Caution: Punch Technology Refused to Provide a £15 Return Label – I Lost a £2,000 Graphics Card
I purchased an Asus RTX 4090 graphics card worth nearly £2,000 from Punch Technology via Amazon. When the item developed a fault within the first year, I rightly initiated a warranty return.
I asked Punch what the fastest and safest way to return the item would be. They never mentioned they could provide a DPD insured return label (which their own RMA policy confirms is available). Left without proper guidance, I used Evri to return the parcel – the only option I was aware of at the time.
That parcel was scanned into Evri’s system and then disappeared. It was never delivered.
Punch Technology has since refused to take responsibility, despite:
The product being under full warranty
Their duty to offer a safe return route
Their failure to advise me properly despite me asking
The loss occurring during an attempted return to them
Instead of spending £15 to ensure a secure, trackable return, they left me exposed to a £2,000 loss—and then washed their hands of the matter.
📣 Is this acceptable behaviour from a UK-based tech seller?
I am now pursuing this case through the Small Claims Court and have filed a theft report with the Metropolitan Police.
Let this be a warning to others:
✅ Know your consumer rights
❌ Don’t assume the seller will guide you responsibly
❌ Don’t expect Punch Technology to support you when things go wrong

🔹 Customer Update – My Full Experience (Please Read Before You Trust This Warranty) 🔹
As a customer, here are the facts:
1. I purchased a graphics card with a 3-year manufacturer warranty on Amazon.
2. I also purchased an additional 3-year extended warranty from ProtectYourBubble (via Amazon).
3. I have comprehensive home insurance that covers theft and damage of up to £80,000.
Then:
• The product developed a fault.
• The seller (Punch Technology) asked me to return it under warranty. I specifically asked for guidance on the best return method, but instead of providing a DPD return label as advertised on their own website, they simply gave me an address and RMA ticket number.
• I used Evri, the courier most accessible to me.
• Evri’s driver stole the parcel. Evri accepted liability and offered me a £25 refund.
• Amazon said, “Talk to the seller – we’re not responsible.”
• Punch Technology said, “You didn’t ask clearly enough for our return option – we won’t take responsibility.”
• ProtectYourBubble said, “Our insurance only starts AFTER the manufacturer warranty – and by the way, theft isn’t covered anyway.”
• Tesco Insurance said, “Since the item wasn’t stolen from your home, you’re not covered.”
So here I am – the customer who bought all the right warranties, followed all the right procedures, and is now being accused of insurance fraud for simply trying to understand who is actually responsible.
Let this be a warning:
• When things go wrong, these big names will quietly step away, find technicalities to avoid liability, and even insult you if you insist on your rights.
• Behind these brand names are disconnected departments, outsourced support, and zero accountability.
All I ask is this:
One of you – Amazon, Evri, Punch Technology, ProtectYourBubble, or Tesco – take responsibility and stop passing the buck.
Whether you help or not, this update will appear under every relevant review I’ve left, so others can learn from my experience.
Great service
Highly recommend it for you’re first gaming Pc
So, for the longest time, I decided to finally invest into a pc, prebuilt of course being my first one, so I went to other sites to compare in comparison, eventually I stumbled on this website after a fair few days of researching
In comparison they offered great specs at a reasonable price to. As I compared with the other sites, the budget I set aside, I wasn’t going to get a better deal for the specs I was after for the price I was paying
I ordered standard delivery to so I had to wait a while, I saw a review on here that their pc arrived before their delivery said it was shipped I think? so just to be sure, I messaged them. The staff got back to me about my order, as I know it was going to be a while, (Oliver) was great, he reassured me about it all
Few days after it arrived, the pc was packed very well all in all, it runs amazingly with my games and I can honestly say I’m in love with it, I’m highly satisfied with the purchase and I’ll definitely be coming back at somepoint
For anyone looking to buy a prebuilt gaming pc. I highly recommend it, some people had an issue with them because of ebuyer? I’d come straight to the website itself if anything.
First Class Support: Firmware Update
I was unable to determine the specific firmware update required for my motherboard. Jonathon ably identified and supported the firmware flash remotely resolving the issue seamlessly. Thank you Jonathon for such great support!
Brilliant company to deal with!!
Brilliant company to deal with. Bought two full PC builds in 2023, and they still look after me over two years later, recently with bios updates. Highly rate them. And will buy from them in the future too. Shout out to Jonathan in support.
Absolutely amazing helpful staff go the extra mile
Absolutely amazing people! so helpful! these are people who really do go the extra mile. Pete was so incredibly helpful to me with a difficult ram issue i was having. he helped me through the whole process as id never done anything like this before and was very nervous about messing around inside my machine. Pete very kindly went the extra mile for me and stayed on the phone to actually guide me through the process. Thankyou so much again Pete!!!

Poor Build Quality
Bought a PC from these guys about 3 months ago. Arrived with only half of the advertised RGB fans installed, so informed them, sent it back as requested. Fans were installed.
There are 2 usb connections on top of the case, 1 usb 3, the other usb 2. Not tried them until today (silly me), only to find out that the usb 2 port dosent work. Obvs im not going to sent it all the way back to Liverpool for that. But it just goes to show that their build quality/quality control, is absolute pants.
Oh, and if you are buying this from Amazon, like I did, be aware that the images on Amazon are not representative of the machine that you will get. I told them about this just after receiving mine, but they remain unchanged. Would I buy from Punch Technology again....NOOOOO!
Puch technology say that they don't currently sell on Amazon, however, when I purchased the pc you did.So here's the purchase date order number and purchase price.
Order Placed: 26 October 2024
Amazon.co.uk order number: 203-2525120-8161138
Order Total: £1,699.99
So yes, I have got the correct supplier. I believe you were formerly Fierce pc. Btw. I've been reading a few other reviews, and there seems to be a bit of a theme developing. Punch technology have denied they don't CURRENTLY sell on Amazon, which may be true now, but certainly wasn't the case when I bought mine. And another review where they say they don't sell on ebuyer. I have ha this denial tactic before, when I bought an electrical appliance from a well known supplier. Who then said on this site, that they think I was another competitor trying
To highjack their business So the trust pilot tem deleted my review I bet now I've proved it was from Punch Technology. I won't get a second reply. We shall see.
