PUPrime Unresolved Withdrawal Blocked for Weeks With No Evidence or Transparency

I am raising serious concerns regarding PU Prime’s handling of my withdrawal and compliance process.

I traded on my PU Prime account using my own independent strategy and analysis. After experiencing a significant drawdown, I managed the account back close to breakeven. I submitted a withdrawal request to secure part of the gains.

The withdrawal was rejected under the label “WR Blacklist”, without any much further explanation. I was later informed by an account manager that I was allegedly involved in “bonus hedging.” I want to state this clearly: I have never engaged in any form of cheating, abuse, manipulation, or prohibited trading activity.

Despite this serious allegation, PU Prime has never provided:

1. Any specific transaction references
2. Any supporting evidence
3. Any investigation timeline or expected completion date

I was told that the matter is under review by the risk team using AI, yet almost four weeks have now passed with no outcome or meaningful update. Support repeatedly redirects me to the account manager, while the account manager claims to have no information to share. This ongoing loop reflects a clear lack of transparency, accountability, and urgency in handling client funds.

Holding a client’s withdrawal for weeks without evidence, clear communication, or resolution is unacceptable. An investigation of this nature should be concluded within a reasonable timeframe, particularly when no wrongdoing has occurred.

What's weird is that they have approved my previous withdrawal. Only after I managed to get great gains and almost breakeven on the account's P&L, they decided to block my withdrawal.

I am posting this publicly to urge PU Prime’s risk and compliance team to immediately conclude the investigation, clearly communicate their findings, and unblock my withdrawal without further delay. Clients deserve fair treatment, transparency, and timely resolution of withdrawal requests.

Stops working so you lose

Ridiculous amount of chart manipulation…

Ridiculous amount of chart manipulation it is wild the things I have seen the charts do while i am trading and win a couple trades the charts legit speed up 10x faster and start glitching. If you open a big lot with a small balance they will literally manipulate the chart to hunt your account to blow then return to normal market structure. But other than that if you have enough balance and stay below a certain lot size they can only manipulate the charts so much to look and stay legit. And I’d love to hear and see some retail investors beat this guys tricks

⚠️ Broker Risk Alert: Trading Halt During High Volatility (PU Prime)
Yesterday my broker PU Prime halted trading, reportedly due to “system upgrades”, which prevented me from closing active BTC positions.
This occurred just before / during a sharp downside move in Bitcoin, and trading access was not restored while volatility expanded. As a result, long positions were exposed with no ability to manage risk.
Whether intentional or not, this raises serious concerns:
Trading was halted during peak volatility
Clients were unable to close or hedge positions
The halt disproportionately affected long exposure
Risk management control was effectively removed from traders
I am not claiming intent — but the timing is extremely questionable and deserves transparency.
If a broker can disable execution during major moves, that is a structural risk every trader needs to understand before depositing funds.
This post is for awareness, not accusations.
Traders should demand:
clear incident reports
timestamps
compensation policies
and proof this was not selectively harmful
Risk isn’t only market-based — it’s also counterparty-based.
Trade safe. Document everything.

It is a scam. At first I gain some profits with the copy-trading, and then after 2 weeks 50% of your money is a lost.
It is not possible to get in contact with someone.
