SCAM! Stay Away!

This company is a SCAM!
They blocked my withdraws and they stole my balance from one of my accounts I had with them.

The account manager disappeared, and after one month of sending them emails about why they stole my money I get always the same automated message
"We have received your enquiry regarding account balance. Our team is currently investigating the matter to provide you with a comprehensive investigation."

I'm still sending emails after one month, but my money is gone and nobody is answering me.

Please do yourself a favor, save your money and choose another reliable broker!

I have repeatedly informed you that the PAYMAYA e-wallet was hacked and is no longer under my control. Despite this, you deliberately processed the refund to a compromised and inaccessible account. That is not an error — that is negligence at best, and intentional misconduct at worst.

Let me be very clear: I would not be chasing you for weeks if I had received my funds. Your repeated requests for documents, followed by shifting explanations and new excuses, clearly demonstrate delay tactics.

You were already provided with my correct bank account details. Instead of correcting your mistake, you are now attempting to “verify” a hacked account that I explicitly told you I cannot access. This circular reasoning is unacceptable and unprofessional.

If the funds are not immediately reprocessed to the correct bank account, I will:

• File a formal complaint with the Financial Commission
• Escalate this case to financial regulators
• Submit a fraud report to the relevant authorities

Dreadful manipulation and slippage

It’s impossible to trade with this broker. My account is getting slipped between $1-$2 on both entry, and exit causing me to lose thousands of dollars. Completely unprofessional. I’m getting an explanation that it’s market conditions. I’ve ran tests opening the exact same positions on 2 separate accounts, and one gets slipped $2, while the other is executed perfectly. Unfair deduction and false accusations – My money is stuck

I am Kashif Ali Karamat, a gold trader with account number 22754909. My account manager was Muhammad Ejaz.

I have been trading with PU Prime for a while, but recently they deducted a significant amount from my account without any valid reason. During fast market movement, they accused me of "abusing" their systems, which is completely false. I have always traded fairly and followed all rules.

When I reached out for clarification, I received no proper response. My requests to return my funds or restore my account have been ignored.

I want to congratulate PU Prime on their new UAE licence, but I also want to remind them that regulation comes with responsibility. A licence means protecting traders, not just collecting them.

I kindly ask PU Prime to review my case and return my money. Mr. Muhammad Ejaz is fully aware of my situation.

PU Prime Deletes Client Profit Unilaterally When You Win — Extremely Dangerous Broker Behavior

I am writing this review as a serious public warning to all traders.

My experience with PU Prime has been deeply disappointing and alarming.

When traders lose money, brokers stay silent and let clients suffer normally.

But when a trader finally wins and makes profit, PU Prime suddenly applies vague clauses and removes profits unilaterally, without transparent trade-level proof.

Profit Can Be Deleted Anytime “At Their Discretion”

PU Prime deducted my profits and restricted withdrawals using general accusations such as:

“arbitrage”

“suspicious trading”

“bonus manipulation”

Yet they provided no clear evidence, no detailed explanation, only broad claims under their internal discretion.

This creates a dangerous reality:

You can trade normally, take real market risk, and still have your profit erased the moment you succeed.

Trading Has Risk — But Brokers Must Not Cancel Wins

I traded XAUUSD (Gold), one of the most volatile instruments in the market.

Gold trading involves extreme risk:

margin calls happen fast

losses can occur anytime

volatility is part of the product they offer

I used leverage officially provided by PU Prime.

It is completely unfair for a broker to accept client losses freely, but cancel profits only when the outcome is positive.

No Peaceful Resolution Possible

I tried to resolve this privately and professionally.

However, PU Prime stated clearly that their decision is “final” and refused further discussion.

That is why I am forced to take this matter public.

Final Message to the Public

Be extremely careful with PU Prime.

A broker that can delete profits whenever you win is not a safe place for serious traders.

However, as of today, PU Prime has not responded to my previous emails in a substantive or professional manner regarding the unilateral PnL adjustment applied to my account.

While you state publicly that you are committed to fairness, transparency, and regulatory compliance, I have yet to receive:

A detailed execution report

Clear pricing evidence

A transparent explanation of the exact basis for the balance deduction

I have contacted your support team using my registered account details, as suggested. Unfortunately, there has been no meaningful resolution, nor has my deducted balance been restored.

I remain open to resolving this matter professionally and privately. However, transparency must be demonstrated not only in public statements, but also in actual communication and action.

I will continue to update this review based on the outcome of the case.
