Puraheat came out to my mum's property on the same day I spoke to them, it was made safe her gas central heating the men that came were Jon & Mark & i would also like to thank Megan in the office who was extremely helpful,
I'd like to personally thank them for coming to my mum's aid so quickly, she had her boiler condemned but it was now safe, we were told to get extra quotes, puraheat were very reasonable for a combination boiler of £4000+ vat, I would highly recommend this company for quickness, me & my brother are mum's power of attorneys and as my brother is with another well known company we did go with them, in the end they are all very thoughtful and thorough thankyou.

Puraheat were given all the plumbing and heating work at our new build house by the main contractor as their preferred regular sub contractor. Everything went well until the end of the contract. We paid for all the work in full and on time including all extras for the duration of the contract. The contract started to flounder and when we disputed an invoice for a digger driver, the main contractor abandoned the project despite having been paid in full. He returned to site one final time and brought Puraheat with him who removed all of the plumbing infrastructure from the site, leaving the house even further unfinished. The antique bath was deliberately vandalised with a screwdriver or similar and someone defecated in the main ensuite toilet which does not flush. I messaged Puraheat before posting this review to ask if they would return to site to rectify this disgraceful action and commission the system. I showed them photos of the damage to the bath but they read the messages and did not reply. I therefore have no option but to review publicly, report the matter to the police and let our legal team know. There was no need for any of this theft or criminal damage as they had been paid in full for their work.
