Confirmed I was right to sign up to Pure Cremation
The person who dealt with me, although I suppose he could be classed as a salesman, was the most knowledgeable, polite, friendly and most certainly non pushy salesman I have ever dealt with.
When a salesman is pushy I terminate the conversation, be it face to face, online or on the phone.
At the conclusion of the call I was more than happy to sign up to Pure Cremation.

I’m very happy with Pure Cremation. It’s affordable, easy to arrange online, and it means my family won’t be left with stress or difficult decisions. The £100 gift voucher is a generous bonus. The person that was dealing with me about a cremation plan went out of his way to call back about 6 times as I was waiting for my inheritance to come through. He was very professional and a very polite manner. A credit to your company.
