Very efficient to deal with.
My Sister recently told my she was in the process of buying Pure Cremation plans for both herself and my Brother in law..
Sadly my Brother in law passed away shortly after.
The experience was very good, my sister was impressed, and I had looked into getting a plan for myself..
Having Pure Cremation dealing with the death..
It made sense to actually take one out for myself..
Contact was easy..
Spoke to really helpful, respectful chap, and told him that they were dealing with our family member and I wanted time to see how it went...
I contacted him a couple of weeks later, and all very straightforward and arranged over the phone..
My experience has been very good, clearly as I've written this, I have not used my plan, but from what I have experienced, I feel it is something my family will not have to deal with, and hopefully I have many years life in me, I hate to think what a traditional funeral will cost at the time I go..
I recommend Pure Cremation.

It was simple and straight forward for me as it is not an easy service to arrange for oneself ..I made the phone call having discussed the procedure with my family and they were on board with my decision.

Very quick and easy to organise. Staff helpful and respectful. Having used Pure Cremation for my husbands funeral, I had no worries about making arrangements for myself. All paperwork was sent and received promptly.

Errors in the name of the responsible relative, in spite of my direction over the telephone. This made it necessary for me to request the the documents for minf and my wifes' plans had to be re0issued.

Simple and effective inputting all personal information into web site instantly generated a quote happy with it went offline to talk to the person who the plan was for Just one small problem I had next day a phone call from the company asking if there was anything could help me with at the time I was hospital visiting not really necessary
