Theft from locker due to negligence
I had my locker broke while I was trining at West Bromwich Pure Gym. Even though the incident was reported to police, the complaints procedure was made impossible for me to reach somewone from the main office. I hold responsible the gym for knowing that the lockers are faulty and not secure. The staff and management were aware of the issue however Pure Gym do not want to take any responsibility.

I love puregym
I love puregym! It is so friendly and welcoming, for all ages and abilities. The staff are good and there are plenty of PTs. I have been working with Hedson who is amazing. He has been so supportive, patient and informative. With his help I have achieved more than I thought possible and corrected numerous techniques.
The flexibility of the gym is great, easy to access at all times.
I would definitely recommend puregym. :)

Managed to get on all the equipment I wanted to. The gym wasn’t busy and had a nice atmosphere. Had a shower afterwards and the changing rooms and shower was clean

Highly Recommend Hedson at Billericay Gym
I cannot thank Hedson enough for the support, guidance and encouragement he has given me throughout my weight loss journey.
With his help, I have lost 18kg so far, and he continues to motivate and encourage me to keep pushing towards my goals. Living with PCOS, I have always found it extremely difficult to lose weight. On top of that, being a mum of three and working full-time made it challenging to find time for myself and to prioritise my health.
Hedson took the time to understand the challenge I was facing and rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach, he worked with me to find a solution and adapted my plan to fit around my lifestyle. This made all the difference.
Hedson has been incredibly patient with me throughout my journey. Gym exercises have never come naturally to me and I never felt like I belonged in a gym environment. Thanks to his support and encouragement, I have grown in confidence and am finally starting to feel like I belong there.
What sets Hedson apart is that he isn't afraid to hold you accountable. He will be honest when you need to hear it, challenge your decisions and help you stay focused on your goals. He provides the complete package, helping with nutrition, exercise, mindset and motivation, while always keeping you focused and on track.
I genuinely cannot recommend Hedson highly enough. He is passionate, dedicated and will do everything he can to help his clients succeed and become the best version of themselves.
What started as a weight loss journey has become a complete lifestyle change and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I'm so grateful for everything Hedson has helped me achieve so far and excited to continue the journey.

Highly recommended trainer at Billericay Pure Gym
I joined Billericay Pure Gym in January , great experience so far and started PTsessions with Hedson Trindale 12 weeks ago after a shoulder injury and Osteoporosis diagnosis left me feeling life was rapidly going downhill.
Hedson custom programmed a strengthening plan for me with targeted exercises based on my goals and concerns. 12 weeks later I feel and look stronger , more confident , lifting weights and using gym equipment with familiarity. Hedson’s targeted exercises aim to increase my bone density and stability . I feel challenged yet safe from injury with a much more positive attitude.
Hedson is professional, punctual and genuinely interested in my health.
100% recommend.

Really good gym
Really good gym, nice crowd, especially the early morning crew, and being open 24 hours is a game changer. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Special mention to Hedson, proper inspiring and knowledgeable always brings good energy and value as personal trainer 🏆

We are sorry to hear you are looking to cancel. As per the terms and conditions, you simply need to cancel the direct debit with your bank at least 4 working days before a payment is due. Once your bank notify us of this your membership will begin to cancel down and no further payments will be taken.
