Hi I haven't as of yet used the hair but it looks good quality.and feels soft and natural,I've run my fingers through the hair and no shedding which is great as some hair I've bought from other company's as soon as you touch it the strands are falling out ,so up to now I'm happy with the hair can't wait to get started on my knew look ,one happy lady 😊

Second time buying, two very different products
Second time buying the clip in fringe as I loved the first one bought 18 months ago. But, it's not the same.
The second one is a hard fringe that makes me look like I'm from a 60's Beatles tribute band, and very obviously a clip in fringe so in the draw it goes.
The first was so nicely layered and looked so natural.
The postage was quick and we'll priced,
I love to buy from an Australian company but the product wasn't great.

I ordered the 16" full volume 120g set…
I ordered the 16" full volume 120g set of extensions, and I am extremely disappointed. Once opened, the extensions were thin, brittle, and the ends were in terrible condition—definitely not what I expected. The quality is far below standard, and they look nothing like the advertised photos.
I reached out to customer service to request a refund or exchange, but they refused, justifying the poor quality by saying, "Our 16" full volume 120g set that you ordered is the lowest gram of extensions we stock and are wispy on the ends."
If you’re looking for good-quality extensions, I strongly recommend ordering from another company. These were a complete waste of money.

Buyers - If you look at the last few reviews you will see that this company is NOT selling human hair. So many people are leaving similar reviews. I cannot even use the hair due to the poor quality !!! And they will not accept the return as I already opened it but it’s unused.

Loving my one piece volumiser!
I bought a one piece volumiser and I’m very happy! They colour matched me perfectly via the website. The texture and thickness of the volumiser is perfect for adding just a bit more “weight” to my naturally fine hair, without looking fake. I love it!

Poor quality hair
The extensions are poor quality - shedding and tangling from the moment they are installed into hair. After reporting it to customer service they deflect the blame and try to say it’s my fault for using muk deep ultra soft products -to wash the extensions 3 days after being installed; which is simply not true this is a common product to use on extensions. Anyway; the issue started immediately after installation but they refuse to take any accountability. Shedding, frizzy, tangled.. just awful. Avoid at all costs!
