Awful customer services. They tried to accuse me of heat styling a product when I had simply combed a defective product on arrival to try and fix it. They try to deflect and be of little help when you report issues to them and then accuse you of things. Avoid at all costs including the fact the at the price and quality of product is terrible.

I have tried hair extentions from couple of different places just to get disappointed. I was scared to spend money yet again, but I am so happy with my decision. I bought Mocha Brown clip on and they go very well with my natural hair even though my natural hair colour is natural black in colour. The clipping is very easy. The quality of hair is fabulous. Additonally, the videos on this business's website are very helpful in learning on how to wear these extentions. I wore them to a party and got so many compliments. And trust me not just writing this for the sake of giving this business a good review - Pure Hair Extentions definitely deserve a great review.

Halo hair extensions don't blend with my own hair. The piece is way too heavy. Uncomfortable and complicated wire. I'm a hair stylist and I tried to cut them and it was impossible to make it work. Sadly, a waste of money. They ended up in the bin.

I've been wearing extensions for over 12 years, Pure hair is my favorite brand I've tried in years. the hair lasts me at least 9 months and are great quality for a great price.

I had my extensions in for 2 weeks, I washed them and they started sliding straight out. The glue had completely dissolved on the tapes. I did email about this and I feel they looked for every excuse possible. First it was because I didn’t wash my hair immediately before application and then it was because I use wella hair products. I have used tapes from other companies and never had this issue. I am only giving two stars because the hair is average quality. I feel the way has been handled is really disappointing.

While the quality of the hair is better than other (cheaper) options, there was way too much hair in the clip in fringe I bought (like 10 times too much hair, too much to reasonably be able to thin it out). So, completely unusable for me.

I found pure hair extensions online and was looking for an affordable solution to thickening my hair - they responded to my enquiry immediately and I was able to collect my hair piece the same day, it was so easy and I’m so happy with my hair extensions!

Having bought from Pure hair before and the extensions being great quality I decided to purchase again. I really wish I hadn't. Even though my hair was clean before application and no conditioner used they are shedding badly. After 1 week the hair looks dry and frazzled even though I am using the correct shampoo and conditioners qnd using hair serum. I have worn extensions for 15 years and have never ever experienced this. My hair dresser has also ran out of ideas and after 3 weeks of wear I am going to have to have these removed. My hairdresser has recommended sending one of the unused bonfs to a lab to be analysed as this should not happen with Remy extensions. Don't waste your money buying these.

Exceeded expectations. The 16” pony tail clip in was plenty and you could feel the weight. Easy to insert in my existing (pencil thin) high ponytail. Felt and looked like real hair and I received lots of compliments.
