I have been coming to sagest since 2022 because her prediction and knowledge have been accurate. I always get clarity and answers.

My experience has been great!
I have my favorite psychics to choose from to get guidance. I love the feedback and message I receive from them.

I was a reader on their application. I got fired recently because they say I provided simulated readings. But in reality i worked hard. I was top rated on their platform and how can a person providing simulated readings can be having only 4 negatives reviews and 310 positive reviews. Even they should be that i am bringing so much revenue to them. I have two kids. They never even issued a warning before terminating. My clients were so good and they were returning back. I was getting good bonuses too. This was my livelihood and they did that. They are not even ready to discuss about it. They are not ready to give another chance. They should give chance if i did wrong and employee always improve it.

My Mrs works as a reader for you and it's ridiculous how you treat your readers, if you get a negative review it penalises them to get other readings for a fair bit after the negative is received. It's ridiculous the only way to contact you is through email and then a lot of the time you don't respond or side with the client. You should be able to cancel a reading if you feel like the client is testing you and is setting you up for a negative. The feedback should be just that feedback not tied to penalising the reader. I've seen it happen she's been busy then 1 negative and it's a ghost town for a week as punishment. You closed the Facebook group down because you didn't like when the readers had a voice and called out the rubbish "upgrades" you do. You never listen to the readers and are so out of touch with them. I've seen it first hand when my Mrs is showing me. You need to open that Facebook group again and listen to your readers without them you don't have a site so stop pooping on them.

I have applied to be an advisor.
They rejected my application. When I asked for the reason their reply is a bit pathetic. I didn’t know that praying for acceptance is the only way.

“Advisors who we feel have the potential to try again are given that feedback. It does not look like you were asked to reapply or given further instructions for improvement. Unfortunately, that means the rejection of your application is a final decision. Even though we are not inviting you to reapply at this time or in the future, we do wish you the very best in your endeavors.”

Both of my readings from two different psychics (PlutonianDust and Bella Love) were inaccurate. The site also doesn't allow you to leave a review unless you've had three readings with the same reader - which feels like a cash grab and doesn’t hold readers accountable, since most people wouldn’t pay for three readings after an inaccurate first one.

This is my second time I love the bowls and pitaya drink. The service is amazing also

This company is a complete scam and have major decline in quality of services over the past few years. I been getting a reading from halo Empress for several of months now and turned out she was inaccurate in her predictions. Purple ocean increased their prices and without improving the quality of services. They had a major turnover rate a And got rid of all the psychics that were accurate. After spending hundreds of dollars with this particular reading halo To find out her readings were inaccurate now they don't want to issue a refund. So basically you're taking a chance ongoing to this company to be scammed out of hundreds of dollars and nothing gets done about it. I am in the process of taking legal action against this company And contacting news media outlets and reaching out to different content creators until they Address my concerns. They even have a deceased psychic Katie Lynn profile on their platform and she's been deceased since September 2024 and they were notified in September Of her passing however her profile is still up for business. Nobody should go to a company and spend this amount of money to not have some type of protection or coverage in the event The customer is not provided with accurate information. I only went to her because she was for certain Of her predictions and have been telling me the same thing for several months. I have been a customer with them for several years And the fact they're not willing to address These matters is disturbing. New York City has a major pet peeve against psychic scams And it is a crime in New York City for such actions and business to take place and I will be raising this concern to our Attorney General's office Leticia James. Any customers and previous psychics Reading this and have been wrong by this company I would highly advise you to reach out to the BBB And other news outlets to expose these people because how dare they tell me I cannot get a refund After being scammed. No telling how many people have been wronged by this company. Most their readers have over a 100 plus negative reviews and still remain active on the platform. If someone was really legit they would have so many negative reviews. I tried looking for other readers however I was not impressed by Having over a 100 negative reviews as someone I would trust. Starr It's pretty good for the most part however it's a 60% chance with her of accuracy. I have the chance to look at her other negative reviews for halo Empress And apparently I'm not the only one who got readings from her for several months to find out she was not accurate and purple ocean Refuses to take accountability for the people they hired on their platform. This is bad for buisness. I remember when the readings were 10 dollars For 3 minutes and now it's almost 20 dollars for 3 minutes. Purple ocean clearly care nothing about their customers and will take your money. Customer service is useless and horrible and in denial about the inaccurate quality of their readers and will do nothing but make excuses for the BS. Its sickening 😪

I have been using purple ocean for 9 months now I have tried out different advisors on here and they all have been great each one gives me good reading they tapped into my situation and gave me good advice I recommend them to my friends and they like it to there to many dates to put in for my experience

I don’t usually like to make reviews but this was necessary. They do not treat you right or fairly as an advisor. This is the most unprofessional app out there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. You will be bullied by those behind the app and by people who clearly don’t have good intentions for you; they will shrug it off constantly. I wish I would have read the other reviews about all this from them before considering them. Very toxic also it’s true Ashley, Logan, Dakota F, Selena G, and Anabel all seem to be. Look out if you are really looking for a professional, safe app and people behind it where you can advise, then definitely check out the others if you weren’t sure. You will be saving yourself other apps you get to be yourself and feel comfortable and heard. This app and those I mentioned do not want that for you. It’s sad but true everyone I know who has advised on here has had the same experiences.

🚩 the support team is horrible Logan, Ashley, Dakota F, Selena G, and Anabel. Anything happens and is said on the app and nothing is done about it. They are not helpful whether you’re a client or advisor. They allow clients to be very disrespectful to advisors. They don’t do anything about the harassment of energy vampires which is most. For the video recordings they leave the comments open for days which allows any and all energy vampires to harass the advisors. There’s no block button or anything. All the negative reviews of the app are true! I don’t recommend. They do too many sales and take a huge percentage of your hard earned pay. This is no job for the faint of heart. It is not safe for true genuine advisors. You would be better off choosing another option then this app there’s way better out there! Also edit: the fact that they can say any ole flimsy thing back to your reviews of them but yet there’s no option like that on app for advisors is humorous.

I was working for Purple Ocean for 4 years.. two of those years I was dedicated to give the most accurate readings to my clients.. I had a 4.9 accuracy rating and had numerous of call backs.. Purple Ocean terminated me because of saying that I repeated my self to every single client and it was like a scripted.. there was no feedback of clients that reported this false accusation.. I was very surprised to my knowledge that they falsely terminated me.. I was very dedicated to give my clients the most valuable information to there reading..
