Amazing company! Top advisors in the world. Advisors have to have years of experience and go through a number of strict psychic background checks and testing before being allowed to be a reader on the platform.

Started with them April 2023 to get some reads from some of their psychics and toward the end when realized they totally read me opposite because I confirmed the reads by talking to the people they read on and I almost lost friendships due to BAD read from these psychics and had thrown away almost $975 from my hard earn money during the short time with them; and at the same time, I can't access my credit of $38 that kept adding up to use due to Purple Ocean (Garden)'s app that I can't access at all; as well as, few of their psychics try to hide away from being used of their services from us that I can't get to when noticed they had done some reads daily and I couldn't get their reads at all.

Gifted George was a joke, no accuracy. Kept dragging on what he was saying eating up my minutes and had ZERO ACCURACY.

Psychic Kayla had no accuracy no prediction happened

Bellapsychicinsight had zero accuracy and predictions never happened

Modern day Merlin was a joke too no clue what he was saying

Psychic Alice zero accuracy

Jupiter had zero accuracy and harassed me in messages for leaving him a negative review for the zero accuracy

Athena love nothing just giving out advice

Lauren Claire had Mia accuracy and negative

Also, all the psychics have access to every reading you’ve ever had with anyone they can just see what you asked Ann what the other sad so that everything is in alignment which is such a scam it’s south

Unfortunately for them, Purple Ocean is run by customer service people who make up fake things about psychics they don't like or don't understand. Their system asks you to tell your style which for many is "straightforward" and then their customer service will title it as rude. The will accuse you of doing things you never did. For example, they stated there was refusal to offer a reading on another topic which never happened. They don't seem to understand English. When you do exactly what they ask you to do such as telling someone to contact customer service, they will accuse you of being rude. You might find that they terminate their agreement and list no reasons but then later give an email explanation where they continue in the statements they made up. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and will make further rounds via the interweb so that psychics with integrity know what their company is like behind the scenes.

There is no screening process. The amount of 4th generation "psychic" tarot readers is unbelievable. The advisors are treated like dirt. Owned by Barge Technologies who also own Keen. Other business is porn. The support staff are disgusting, ill mannered and ill educated.

This company, their advisors, and their suite of apps provides an exceptional customer experience.

Absolutely the worst company when it comes to advising. They want you to just keep positive feedback and if you get a cancellation or negative review you get suspended. Also the interview process is a sham.

My experience with Purple Ocean as a reader has been phenomenal! I can now do what I have always loved doing and that too so effortlessly. The support offered at all times is so prompt and helpful. The payouts are regular without any delays. Even if there are any delays due to technical glitches PO makes sure to support and resolve it to the best of their ability. This makes me feel safe and secure and know that my payouts are in safe hands and I do not have to worry at all!!

I love working for this company. I'm finally doing the work I was meant to do. The company is solid and I’m confident in its future and hence MY future. Customer service for advisors and clients is great as long as terms of use are respected. There have been many angry reviews here and it feels like it's because they didn't hear what they wanted to hear and got angry. The reviewer who lost 7K must have enjoyed some of the readings because she kept calling back. There has never been a $7000. reading. We don't scam. We enjoy doing good work by helping others when they're struggling and feeling lost.

I can verify and confirm from first hand knowledge that Purple Ocean is a scam app who is only interested in taking people's money, and any ADVISOR that is there to do real Psychic work, any ADVISOR that is completely honest with their clients and doesn't just lie telling them what they want to hear will be harassed and then TERMINATED for an obsurd reason. I've been a Spiritual Advisor for over 15 years with a Bachelors in Spiritual Science I had a total of 27 reviews all praising me and thanking me for my readings. A few even expressed that my accuracy and connection to their situation was unbelievable. I had not 1 bad comment or review. I went to log onto my Advisor Account one Morning and was met with A very rude email saying that my account was TERMINATED indefinitely and was non negotiable because I spoke of spell work, and that's against their rules. The night prior to this I had a client that by the way left me a review expressing her gratitude for my reading, anyway the client expressed to me that a group of people had faked friendships with her and she noticed that some strange things were happening to her and she was scared I simply told the client that this group of people was into the practice of black magic and she should stay away at all cost. She confirmed what I was saying by telling me she knew they were into that sort of stuff. I was providing honest information related to the basis of what my client was going through. So I've been terminated for saying the truth and trying to keep my client safe???? I'm literally blown away!!!! How on earth does someone who has perfect reviews several return clients and provides a real Psychic experience not experiences that are full of lies get terminated. To top it off they still owe me money and did not have my final pay ready at the time terminating me.

Please both Advisors and clients steer clear of Purple Ocean they hire Fake Advisors that are only in it for the money. These people are not genuine, and clearly Know nothing about True Spiritual Work.

I had the bad luck to find the app. I have been spending totally 7000.00USD. And it was the worst reading, none of the reader were accurate about the situation and prediction. They say , yea he will come , he will write , he will love you and bla bla bla . Now I very sad not only for the mistake to spend 7000USD is also about that he never came and in fact he does not love me .fake reader.

I would give this app. Zero stars if possible. Not only does support/ company not follow their own written guidelines, they are way overpriced. No background check is required which means you can get a conartist, not a genuine reader. They terminate and suspended accounts with no notice and let clients treat contracts like animals by demeaning the contractors to make money in reviews. Clients are allowed to act like trash. Disgusting company and support team is a joke!

This guy is a true liar . A liar and worse of all he acts like a saint .. he says he “likes helping “people but as soon as purple ocean offers half price readings .. caetano logs off and comes back after the half price sale is over .. i had over 10 months with Caetano .. he said my ex would contact me in May 2022.. it never happened .. he said 99 percent it would … actually none of his predictions ever came true …avoid this huge liar …avoid purple ocean who refuse to give me back my $15 credit .. my Apple account has paid them … purple ocean say Apple has to pay me back not them.. purple ocean are the biggest crooks ever … avoid them , and caetano
