Amazing service received today! The supplier I had ordered off had been a nightmare and offered me no support so I took it into my own hands to contact the courier service. Genuinely lovely lady on the phone at the Chester Depo. My pallet wasn't supposed to be delivered until tomorrow but due to the urgency they delivered it to me today no problem. Saved my day!

Many of their employees are dangerous drivers with no apparent consideration for the safety of others.

I used this company for a home delivery recently. The "next day delivery" option was chosen. I waited all day for that delivery and finally called the company at 4 PM. They called back at 5:20 PM and said it would be with me the following day before 10:00 AM. No apology or explanation as to what happened.

The next day arrives, I call at 9:30 AM to make sure it is on its way. "Absolutely, you are the second delivery and he is 1/4 of a mile away". 10 AM comes and goes, I call back at 11 AM. "You are the 3rd drop and he should be there by 3 PM" - is what I am now being told.

Finally at 4:30 PM a drive shows up with the delivery. He has it on a pallet and says he is only allowed to take the pallet off the truck and leave it on the drive. I explain that I am unable to carry the heavy items into the house and the package clearly states "Must be carried by two people - Heavy Load" - "Sorry, I am not allowed to help you". I ask why they only sent one person, two days late, with a half tonne of items which they cannot deliver into the property - no answer given.

I have had my share of bad experiences with deliveries and customer support over the years. None can even come close to this. The company is an utter disgrace and to any company thinking of using them because they are cheap: You may well save on delivery costs, but if you have to deal with refunds of £1,200 on a regular basis because of their incompetence, then your costs may not matter as you will have no customers!!!
