Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 102 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently complained about excessively high prices, hidden penalty fees, and unexpected extra charges applied when arriving slightly early or slightly exceeding their initially booked time slots. Reviewers also struggled with frustrating booking processes, confusing website interfaces, and payment systems that made simple transactions unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Some reviewers were happy with the helpful on-site staff who assisted with parking and efficient shuttle bus services provided at specific healthcare locations. These particular services made their visits much smoother, offering a welcome relief despite the widespread negative feedback reported across other facilities.

Q CAR PARK OXFORD STREET LONDON

Q CAR PARK OXFORD STREET LONDON

Never ever go to Oxford street Q car park! They are scamming and have a inside business running. My car was in there last night as we were out at a concert. Came back and the car was smashed - back window on drivers side. I had some things in the car totally hidden and the horrible scum bags took my bags with all of my belongings. The car park people dont care and thats because they are in on the game. Lost 1000s of pounds of items and damages are being reported. We saw Deliveroo drivers in there and there is no way a take away delivery would be going to a car park! DODGY and I will never go there again. We will be reporting to Trading Standards and the police are aware. The company took my money twice too and they do not help with anything.

Extremely Poor Service and Denial of Access to Toilets at Q-Park Heathrow Airport

Dear Q-Park Management,

I am writing to express my absolute frustration and disappointment with the appalling service I received at your Heathrow Airport parking facility on Tuesday, 4th of March 2025, at 06:30 AM. Upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the toilet facilities were locked. When I kindly asked for the code to access the restroom at the reception desk, I was met with complete disregard and complete ignorance by your staff. Not only was I refused the code, but I was also told that I had "no right" to use the toilet—something I find utterly unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the customer service staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I have never encountered such poor service in all my years of travel. The lack of respect and professionalism was shocking and left me feeling deeply disrespected.

This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge you to investigate this issue and take appropriate action to ensure that other customers do not have to endure such an unpleasant experience in the future.

I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.

Manchester First Street Difficulty with VIP Parking

Manchester First Street Q Park. Relatively easy to find the car park and it is convenient for the Palace Theatre. I had booked a VIP package which should come with a VIP Reserved space on Level 1. However, on getting to level 1, I was unable to find a space in the VIP bays. Whether this was due to poor parking in the VIP bays or people using them without paying for the VIP bays I do not know. There did not appear to be an office where I could complain. Consequently I had to park on Level 6 which was the lowest level with an empty bay. The Car park is well lit, clean and all lifts were working so the lack of a VIP bay was of minimal inconvenience but I had booked the VIP option (just over £5 extra) to ensure I had a parking bay. This was the second occasion where no VIP bay was available as the same thing happened on a previous visit on 16/10/2024. I am reluctant to not book the VIP option as I would have no recourse if the car park was full.

Absolutely dismal

Absolutely dismal. I booked the car park for my surgery at the London Clinic. pre-booked Q-park parking for a surgical procedure I was having done and I arrived and the car park was completely shut down for road works? It caused considerable stress. I had to speak to various road workers who didn’t know and it’s took me half an hour and cut me close to missing my check in time. I’m very upset that there wasn’t a heads up that the entirety of the access roads were closed. I never would have spent over 50 pounds to park here had I known. QR codes didn’t work and had to ask for help twice to get in and out of the building. Officially complained and was flat out refused a refund as I did use the booking which is so unfair as I didn’t have another option given how much time was wasted? Never again and I was deeply offended by the refusal to discuss any sort of compensation. Do not use these car parks unless you are absolutely desperate.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this car park. The website made it sound like booking online was essential to secure a spot, and they even highlighted that there were limited spaces available, which made me feel like I was guaranteeing a space by paying in advance. However, when I arrived, there were no available spots, even though I had already paid a premium price. It felt like a complete scam. I honestly expected better service, especially after paying so much and following their online booking system. I won't be using this car park again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.

money grabbing low life's

Q park.. Where do you start..
16 minutes at Sandwell hospital, west Bromwich..
£3.20p.
Struggling to find somewhere to park.
Capitalising on peoples illness, and cashing in on peoples inability to walk far or quickly.
Karma is a wonderful thing, and when it knocks on the door of the owners, and the asswipes who work for them, may they suffer long and unimaginable atrocities

QPark Kingston

Parked at QPark Kingston 14/02/2025. Absolutely filthy car park and stairs with graffiti all over the walls, rubbish all over the stairs, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. Lifts were not working as “due to be refitted” but the signs looked like they had been there a while. Expensive parking so you would expect it to be better looked after.

Royal Liverpool q park very poor

Q Park for Royal Liverpool Hospital is not fit for purpose. As this is the designated parking for the hospital logic would be that it is used by sick and disabled people. It is a fair distance, uphill from car park to hospital. There never seems to be any security staff around to help. To request the shuttle bus to the hospital there is a number to ring, but no phone to use. The pay machine only accepts cards, and often stalls. Causing a queue to form, and people get irate as delay can mean they go over time and into the next hour , thus increasing the cost of parking. The help button to alert staff oftengoes unanswered. Causing distress and confusion, especially for anyone coming from hospital following treatment.
It feels a very unsafe place with no obvious security staff available. Also expensive. As designated car park to hospital it falls well below standard expected.

Q PARK Leeds

Followed 3 d's different sat nav to get to the entrance of the car park. Impossible! Tried to cancel pre paid stay, no empathy. Would not cancel as the ticket started the hour before. We drove around for one hour and gave in.

Don't use, they lack empathy and it's so difficult to get to the entrance. Do NOT recommend

Stuck in a Q park sheffield for approx 40 minutes trying to pay. None of the payment machines take cash and none of the machines would work to take a card payment if your card isnt contactless. Had to use the help button and make calls to Q park help desk several times to eventually get out. The help staff were lovely but this system is not fit for purpose, we dont all have contactless and some of us like cash payment when the machine wont do it any other way.
Will not be using Q park sheffield again, had to give it 1 star because there isnt an option for 0 really caused a lot of stress made me late to pick my daughter up.

Q Park Leeds Albion

Q Park Leeds Albion, impossible to get to by satnav, we tried 3 different satnavs and an hour trying to get into this car park we had pre booked at over £20, Talking to an Uber driver if you approach from the wrong end of the city you can't get to it without a massive detour your sat nav can't work out. Money wasted, no refund.

Drug Taking Q Park 4th floor Liverpool One

Ferrel youths using the cover of Q Park in Liverpool One to smoke cannabis are a blight on the city. They use the 4th floor right in front of the ticket machines. I have witnessed them on several occasions recently. Q park must be aware and appear to do nothing. The presence of these youths is intimidating and a very bad advert for visitors to Liverpool. Come on Q park, you charge enough to have a decent level of security.

Just a poor and misleading service

I booked a parking space in advance at Manchester Plaza. Upon arrival, a Q-Park guard refused us entry, stating the car park was full. He politely directed us to another car park on the other side of town but referred to the terms and conditions when questioned. This lack of guarantee for a reserved parking isn't made clear, making advance booking seem pointless. Just feels shady practice, Never again. Minus.

Car broken into and bag stolen

Car broken into and bag stolen. Clearly I had been watched putting a bag under the dog bed in the boot. Will never use again. Totally broken my trust in a supposed secure car park. Won’t use this car park or just park again

We parked in Nottingham Q park for…

We parked in Nottingham Q park for going to the Royal Concert Hall. We parked on level 2 and thought the inside of the lift would indicate which level we needed for Talbot Street, but there were no signs in the lift. We called for assistance and the attendant Liam came to help us. He advised us where we needed to go and ensured we were confident in our destination. Very reassuring to know that the Car park has very helpful staff.
Please have signs in the lifts. Without Liams help we would have got lost.
