Do not trust
This business is a partner with some university which are not good university at all. They do service very slow such as a pay deposit to keep my place at Northumbria university but after that, i can't study at this university because my result wasn't enough so i want to have my deposit back. They said they processed but even after 3 months , i haven't received it. Please aware with some university that have a partner with this business. Terrible ( you can't contact them at all)

Hi there. Firstly I am so sorry for the significant delay in our response to this review. We value all feedback and want to ensure we are listening and responding. We had not been proactively monitoring Trust Pilot but will be doing so in the future.
Secondly, I also want to apologise for the uncharacteristic delay that you experienced in receiving your full refund of fees. Given our delay in responding to this review, I understand that the situation has now been completely resolved and that you have been given a full refund of fees.
The delay that you experienced was as a result of an administrative error which I appreciate is not acceptable and of little consolation to you. However, as a result of this, we have made changes to the way that we handle refund requests so that delays like this cannot happen again. I am very grateful to you for providing feedback to us about your experience so that we could ensure it does not happen to other students in the future.
