I've used Qobuz now for a little over two years, and the experience has been mainly positive. There is one thing that is a bugbear for classical music listeners however: the track listing of ma... See more

Qobuz has an incredible selection of hi-rez music and not just popular music.

Music streaming service is ok, but the company SUCKS BAD!
1. They effectively ignore their customers - they only offer support through a chat feature on their website, which is nothing more than an automated FAQ response generator. You will NEVER be able to connect with a real live person, so save yourself some time and just read and accept their policies via their FAW section.
2. They DO NOT offer or even discuss ANY REFUNDS of any kind! Save yourself some time and don't even try - trust me.
3. YouTube Premium costs the same (or possibly less) per month/year and include both ad free videos AND music!
4. Their website is absolutely horrible (you know if you've tried to use it at all, like to download their Windows desktop app...). They have to be intentionally hiding common things that their customers want.
5. They suck and they know it - it's intentional. Don't believe me, go ahead and give them a try and you'll see.
**UPDATE**
NO, you do NOT offer ANY support! I just tried to send an email to the email that you mention in your reply (help@qobuz - I can’t actually put the address in a review because it isn’t allowed, but I strongly suggest that readers simply try to send them an email BEFORE signing up), and I immediately got a reply from the postmaster of your domain stating that “no address found”.
**UPDATE**
Ok, so however it happened, I was finally contacted by someone from Qobuz who was actually able to get my subscription cancelled and they did in fact generously offer me a full refund.
Thank you, but it should not have been so difficult and my statements above are still accurate and valid.

It's just the best streaming service for audiophiles and works perfectly fine accross all my devices

It offers exactly what I've been looking for. Excellent selection of music, based on my tastes and offers high quality streaming.

Great selection of high resolution recordings at a very reasonable monthly price.

I am so happy to have found a new source of music and one that have almost all of my favorite musicians on it. Goodbye Spotify...........

I am not an audiophile but I care about disrupting monopolies.
The company ethics are essential to me and based on my research they align with mine better than major companies.
The system is super easy to use and the transition from Spotify was straightforward. The app is better than the desktop version.
I do miss a robust algorithm to spoon-feed me music but I think using my brain a little more is probably a good thing.
Within the system, there are lots of audio quality settings and tweaking to your experience which I would never touch but I can imagine many people would love to have.

This company does not support fascists and pays artists more than others. Maybe the catalog and interface aren't exactly to your liking, but fascism is worse.

I love the quality of sound and range of independent artists available through this app - not to mention the proportion of the subscription that goes to the artists.

I’ve tried most major streaming platforms, but Qobuz is on another level when it comes to sound quality.
True hi-res (up to 24-bit / 192 kHz), no artificial upscaling, and no MQA compromises — just clean, transparent audio. On a proper DAC and revealing headphones or speakers, the difference is obvious. Better dynamics, more air, more detail in the upper mids and highs.
What I also appreciate:
• Excellent editorial content and album reviews
• Proper metadata and credits (huge plus for music lovers)
• Ability to purchase hi-res downloads
• No unnecessary gimmicks — just music
If sound quality matters to you more than social features or flashy UI tricks, Qobuz is easily the best choice.
Highly recommended for serious listeners and audiophiles.

pays the artist more, great streams, great ai, plus I can down load and keep the music. Nothing bad here.

Superb! Exceeds expectations. Love the HiRes downloads available and the variety is amazing. The App works great! I use Qobuz alongside of TIDAL, as Qobuz will show certain albums and/or tracks that are not available on TIDAL. As to sonics: Doesn't matter if it's via Qobuz or TIDAL if the resolution is the same.

I have spent thousands of dollars on Qobuz downloads. They USED to be very responsive to technical issues.
Now I have an issue that is 5 months old and I get ZERO support from them...in fact ZERO reponse at all. Their Support arm is an absolute joke.
I am unlikely to use their services for music again. They are a joke

Customer service is at best non-existent and at worst a trap. They route you to an AI chatbot, and once it spews unhelpful rudimentary info about their FAQ section, which is only helpful to people who never use computers and don't know where things like account info can be found on a website (which isn't helpful if your problem isn't fixable by the site's UI due to a glitch or billing error), it tells you it's fetching a human agent and then ghosts you. Worst of all, once you do so, you can't go back to the contact page and try to find the email contact. They go out of their way to loop you into dead-ends so you can't get help. It's just as bad as Spotify.

More money to real artists
I appreciate how qobuz is the one music streaming app that pays more to artists. There are a few songs that are missing from your catalaog that I had in spotify, but I think the wait is worth it
It's true that the solo plan may be too expensive for us people in Spain, but if you let us create plan with other 5 people, without living in the same house, Qobuz could become a great option against Spotify

Difficult to find a title, compared to Spotify. Sometimes you enter a complete title, Qobuz does not find it, after that you enter the artist, and you see the title in the list. Or reverse.
General interface is not so easy to use.
No ranking of tittle by number of listenings, things like that.
Sometimes, add an album to a list add all the titles of this album, not the album itself. If you want to delete it, you have to delete each title...

Seems like on all kinds of sites only half work, if you want to unsubscribe from emails you also end up on an empty page. Already sent a few emails, you never get a response. Purchase made and reported that the purchased Flac Music files are actually mp3 files (320 kb/s) , you get no response. There is a non-working site where you should be able to contact us, but it doesn't work. So they collect your money and then there is no possibility to get in touch for the rest.

extremely high quality music! I'm hearing parts of songs I've never heard with spotify! and though a small amount of the songs on my playlist aren't available on the service, most of them are. get more indie musicians on here and it'd be perfect!
