Qobuz offers great suggestions, which come from human beings, and include artists worldwide. Their streaming offers great audio quality. A refreshing change!

my fav music platform by far. i feel good supporting the company, they’re always listening to user feedback and making the app better. the selection of music is great and streaming quality is unbeatable. it takes a lot to compete with a spotify and apple music, but qobuz has stepped up and continues to set the bar!

Overall great alternative to Spotify with pretty much the same songs/albuns and better payment for artists. The app overall is also easy to navigate. In my view there are 2 big problems that are making it more difficult to have more people on board: (1) there are no podcasts available, and (2) no lyrics are available which also means the search function is not as nice

Very good sound quality and very nice app with good search facilities.

I bought a cd-quality download from qobuz at the beginning of June. Six faulty tracks prevented me from burning a cd, though I was able to burn a data disc which only played on my laptop but not on a cd player. I also downloaded the same tracks from an older laptop. Nada! Zilch!

After much trawling on their site I managed to get email support. My 'problem' was subsequently transferred to the technical department and - hooray! - I was emailed a number of times by Madeleine, who managed to solve the problem.

My initial review on 11th June gave just one star, but in light of help since given, I've changed my rating.

In conclusion, it would be great for punters if Qobuz were to make contact details easier of access.

It has been 3 days and i still have a pending transaction with no intervention on their part. So no music. Not happy. I am glad i didn't sign up for the monthly service. I can't speak of the audio quality since the site is so slow to reply.

Much better sound quality than Spotify and no AI generated material.

Beyond the great catalogue and the nice editorial articles, the app works like a charm, is well-thought.
I put only 4 stars, because from time to time I have issues sending the audio to my Bluetooth speakers.

Great catalog (give or take a few odd absences..), The connect function works well. The notes/mini essays about the artists and the recordings help put the work and artist into context..the typesetting of the articles is terrible. No paragraph breaks or indentations, just a screen of text.

Easy to find your music, good quality, good catalogue

They scammed me by taking my money and not giving me what I paid for and if you don’t want to throw your money away I suggest you steer clear of this sad excuse for music streaming service

Long time user, on an off over many years. Good selection of music and the sound quality is great. Also like that the company is European & pays a fairer sum to artists than many competitors.

The Android app is unfortunately still very buggy though - it ghost presses buttons, doesn’t always play the correct track when selected and is a nightmare/dangerous to use on Android Auto especially.

Their algorithm to suggest music to your taste is also very poor in my experience. It would benefit from a well structured AI agent or similar to create good quality playlists or song suggestions on the fly.

Unfortunately they have embraced enshittification. UI sucks donkeyba**s. Use something else to stream their library.

Great, lossless music. Checkout process was quick and simple. Purchased music also lacks any form of watermarking or DRM, so if you're buying with the "Hi-Res" option, you're guaranteed to have a master file, which is a nice bonus.

I’ve only recently joined Qobuz. As far as the quality of the sound goes, it’s excellent. BUT, oh that awful and annoying user interface. The app is a nightmare to navigate. It looks like something from 10 years ago. You look for example, Hits Of The 70’s, Original Artists, and it brings up cover albums by the same damn artist!! All the different hits sung by the same guy!! You look for an album you were playing earlier, and there’s no sign of it. You look for an album, and it brings up a single from it. I’ve spoken to a friend who went back to Apple Music because he hated how messy it all is. Qobuz, please, take a look at Apple’s app-and copy it!! Surely, you must realise how dated it is compared to the competition. It’s an absolute mess.

Best sound quality that I've experienced. Large collection of music. Easy access to listen. Downloading is not hard. Availability of formats for downloading is extensive. I understand that the expense to download is so that the artists are paid for their products.

Music sounds great. Qobuz Connect is a little finicky with the music freezing after a song and sometimes difficult to get it to connect to my 2 different brand streamers. Recommendations for music are terrible, not even close to what I listen to but the similar artists listed after an album are okay.
