Initially the company a little slow to respond, but when they did, and when I was in the email ticket chain, it all worked well and they effectively solved my problem.

The really need a chat feature on their website and a phone number.

I use QRSTUFF regularly as I work in marketing for a hospitality group in Miami and need the QR code to link directly to booking platforms on creative assets. They have been so great at responding and resolving any issues that arise. 5/5 star!

Great customer services. Solved my issue quickly.

It is a classic bait-and-switch site. They generate a QR code and state that it's free. But then the link expires and they then want to charge you a subscription fee. Secondly, it's my understanding that the code they goes via some link of theirs; thus, they are tracking all your incoming communication. Beware and do not use. There are many other genuine sites to make the QR—such a waste of all our printed promotional materials.

QR stuff is easy and fast to use. You can customize the QR code to include a logo, which looks great. The dashboard keeps everythng organized, so you easily look at analytics. They also offer a nonprofit discount!

They were so helpful with my needs and didn't take my problem lightly.

I used to really like and trust this site, but all the codes I created expired in a short time. We spent a lot of money on printing, now everything is wasted and useless. On top of that, for the working QR codes, it's giving a ridiculous warning like 'daily limit reached' and not opening them. Don't generate QR codes from this site. Instead, get them from somewhere more secure, even if it's paid, so they won't expire.

What could have been a catastrophe on my part was resolved quickly thanks to the great customer service. We were in a bind with an expired QR code on an invite/postcard. With great information and support, I was able to upgrade our account and our mailing was sent on time.

I am extremely satisfied with their support. I had mistakenly used the wrong URL on my QR code and couldn’t find the correct version in my saved folders. However, their support team managed to resolve the issue by generating new QR codes with the correct URL. Otherwise, I would have had to discard thousands of product labels, and the labels that were used would have directed customers to the wrong URL. I’m very grateful for their support.

I was skeptical at first after my QR code expired but after contacting the help email address they were super helpful and we able to restore my codes and provide me with more helpful information.

DO NOT CREATE YOUR CODES ON THIS PLATFORM
The site states it is free and permenant but they expire after 7 days.
Never had an issue in all th years but now suddenly all codes hyave expired and we have to pay to have them reinstated.
Create youtr codes for free using adobe on your browser.

Had some difficulty getting an issue resolved initially, and took a while to get a response at times. However, issue was finally resolved and their communication improved greatly. Recommend.

A really great tool that I've been using for over five years. The interface isn't the most user friendly, but the app does the job and I have never had any issues with it.
