very good products, but unfortunately unreliable customer service. Even after 24 hours I got no reply on my complain that Quad Lock should please contact GLS as the adress they gave them was incomplete. And they didn‘t contact them until now. So I had to drive for 70 km to pick up the ordered items in the GLS hub by myself.

Try to contact them about a not received pakkage for almost three weeks but they are not responding at all to my emails.
Very disappointed!

Customer service is over and out. I believe they made enough money now to put quality time on customers. Thank you quadlock for the customer experience that serves no longer. Shipping my order and asking me to pay the VAT while claiming that VAT is covered.

Wonderful products. They deserve a better distribution and delivery company in Portugal. GLS its the reason for no more purchase

Products sucks and don’t buy it I spend over $500 on them for my motorcycle never ever have a business with them they are scam and there products sucks

The Mount damage my Iphone (1400€) camera. After reclamation Quadlock just offer me only a damper for free(15€). It is simply poor service for such a high quality product. Although I was satisfied so far, I will not use Quadlock products in the future! Sometimes customer satisfaction is more important than money!

I ordered an universal set 2 weeks ago. They mistyped my delivery address. Since then I tried to contact customer support 4 times, I got 1 answer after more than 1 week, that they informed the courier about the change. Well it didn't happen.
Maybe the product is good, I don't know, because I still didn't receive it, but the customer support is slow, and don't solve my problems.

The best case ever.

I bought several item from Quadlock within few years. I changed my phone few times and all accesories still were compatible with a new case. It is amazing system for your motorcycle, bike, car and everwhere else.
