High quality products and great customer service

Ordered the sofa thinking it would take a month or 2 to arrive and was here a week later!!
Made us decorate very quickly 🤣🤣
Delivery was good and the guys were really friendly and helpful.
Ordered an extra footstool a few weeks later and again came in really quick time.
Very happy with Quatropi - thank you!

I bought gold and white chairs for my dining tablet but after 3 months of being barely used , the sides hurt on sitting. Cushions effect has gone down.

The product has arrived and is really good quality and just as described. Whoever was used as the courier was very heavy handed - the boxes arrived severely damaged so we were very lucky things were not damaged or lost as one box was barely holding together. Delivery was slow, but upon chasing, a refund of the delivery fee was made which was appreciated.

Excellent service, and the delivery including unpacking, assembly, and removing all packaging materials, was a real bonus. Thank you

I can only comment on garden furniture - we are really pleased with our selection of table/chairs/swing chair. The delivery driver was a very good ambassador for the company and nothing was too much trouble for him. My impression is that Quatropi offer good quality products and furniture that is a little bit different.

We ordered a beautiful new dining table from Quatropi which we asked them to hold for a month before delivery.
It was safely delivered and we unpacked it to find it was perfect and even more stunning than the photographs online.
Great company to order from, would highly recommend.

We visited store, before purchasing product & received a warm welcome, but no pushy sales chat. Our purchase was delivered within the next week & delivery people were very pleasant.

Customer service was great. I emailed to ask for delivery date and was replied to within the same day. Delivery drivers were pleasant and nice.

I ordered the brown u shaped sofa the Martha. I got two pouffees as well. I got the 6 seater. It is very large so definitely measure your space. It is the comfiest sofa I’ve ever sat on. My dog and daughter love lounging on it, as do I.

The quality of the sofa versus the price is incredible. You’d expect to pay at least over £5000 elsewhere.

From ordering to delivery absolutely amazing. Communication from Quatropi was amazing. I was kept well informed of delivery details. 10/10 delivery service. The gentleman that delivered my triple hanging egg chair was amazing 👏. I could not be happier with my new piece of garden furniture. Amazing quality 👌.

Firstly when I ordered my sofa I specifically gave the young lady a date I couldn't receive the goods. And she comes back with a delivery date on for when I was on holiday. good start! also when ordering the sofa, Darius did not tell me the sofa was sided. Meaning they only have a left or one sided cushion. So the cushions do not sit equal to the opposite side. The finish on the footstools is awful. ( happy to send photos ) but would probably be wasting my time. Then when I called up, I was told I`d get a call back within an hour. 4 hours later... still no call. Now I`m sure their come back with a million excuses. When sometimes you just need to put your hands up and say " sorry Mr customer " we got it wrong. They say you really know how good a business is when their an issue or problem to solve. and this business has failed badly!
