Qubox - Rubbish

I confirm, Stay away at all costs. Ordered 1 item on 18th July, was told more than once it was being dispatched, Never came. No response from Customer Services.
Unfortunately I didn't buy on a credit card.

Stay away at all costs

Stay away at all costs. Ordered 2 items was told more than once they were being dispatched, Never coming so cancelled order and was told on 29th July I’d be refunded within 7-10 days and I’m still waiting. I’ve made several attempts to contact them and I’m being ignored. It’s now in the hands of my credit card company.

Damaged goods and refund still not been given despite promises

Terrible experience with this company:

1. Received damaged items
2. Promised a refund since they couldn't guarantee the advertised product
3. Told to wait 10-14 days for refund, but it's been longer with no response
4. Emails now being ignored
5. Delivery took 2 months instead of the advertised 7-14 days

Overall: Poor customer service, unreliable delivery times and failure to honour refund promise.

Please avoid and spend elsewhere

Ordered a parasol base on 5th August. Have been promised delivery ‘next week’ for the last 3 weeks. Have been told this would be followed up with an email so I have this info in writing.
No delivery received, no emails received (and have checked spam) and now can’t get through on the phone for a refund.
Please avoid this company and order from elsewhere. I’ll be surprised if I see my £250 again!
**UPDATE** - I got through to the support team via email who cancelled the order and said I would have my refund in 10-14 working days. The 14 working days are up and no refund. The phone lines say they are closed so I’m waiting for a reply to an email. They’ve had my money for weeks now, absolutely shocking company!
**UPDATE 2** Although I paid by debit card, Lloyds Bank have allowed me to raise a claim and are looking into this purchase. They paid the money straight into my bank while they investigate.

Awful company

Awful company. I ordered and paid for a clock a month ago. No estimate of delivery given and a paltry excuse of suppliers letting them down when I chased them. I ended up cancelling, received no apology, and I’m still waiting for a refund. I’ll never use this company again. Couldn’t organise the proverbial in a pub! UPDATE - 6 weeks later no refund materialised! Had to contact t my bank to do a chargeback!

***Warning - Don’t believe the Feefo reviews as accurate representation as you can only review after a purchase completes, in other words, folk who are having to cancel and fight for a refund aren’t being reflected in their scores!!!!***

Great service from start to finish

From the initial enquiry, all our questions were answered quickly and professionally in a friendly manner. We couldn't fault the excellent customer service and really pleased we chose Qubox for our garden furniture.

It is far superior to many other outlets who supply garden furniture.

Paid for lounge covers and am having to constantly chase.

They advised over a week ago they had finally arrived in stock but they are having delays with delivery. One week later still nothing and no response to emails sent chasing.

I ordered some garden furniture in…

I ordered some garden furniture in July. I waited two weeks and the furniture hadn’t been dispatched. I was told that there was an issue with the courier and would be delivered the following week. The following week ….still no dispatch . For the third time I was told that my garden furniture would be arriving in the next few days. I waited over a month and the furniture was never dispatched . This was no good for me so I cancelled the order. I have now been waiting for this company to refund me . How is it that you can take my money instantly ,and I am having to wait to get a refund . Again it has been over the allotted time scale. I want my money back ! There is no excuse. As for using this company or ever recommending them to other people. Don’t touch them . They should not be in business! All they do is take your money , fob you off with the product you purchased , and then you have to fight to get your refund ! Terrible !

Pop-Up Gazebo - Dont waste your money!

We bought a Casado Deluxe Pop-Up Polyester Gazebo Grey 3.3x3.3M in July from Qubox which was a pop-up version. At the beginning of August we had a BBQ in our back garden a the weather had been great around that time and we decided to put the gazebo up for the very first time and use this to shelter the food we prepared for our guests. The last people left really late around 1.30am and so we left the gazebo up overnight.
The next day the wind had picked up a little but not significantly and the gazebo all though pinned to the ground flipped over and 4-5 of its bars got bent which meant we could neither leave it up or take it down. I contacted Qubox to ask if they could send some replacement bars which i was happy to pay for and was asked to send in photos which i did and they came back to us to advise that this was not possible and we would have to buy the whole new frame as they wouldnt allow us to buy seperate parts and this was at a cost of £200 due to shipping fees, even though the initial purchase was £90. The gazebo was being sold by Qubox at a discounted rate and i believe the cost before discount was supposed to be approx £139. We were then advised that our warranty did not cover us for wind damage, which we were not advised of before purchase.
I complained several times as the item sold to us was simplly not fit for purpose and Qubox eventually came back to us to advise they would supply another full gazebo as they had miracously found one in their warehouse with a 10% discount of the listed price.
The manufacturers are called Sunjoy that supply this iten to Qubox and they wouldnt help us out in any way and Qubox the supplier offered us a meresly 10% discount. We have only used the gazebo once and cant use it again now, so we have poured £90 down the drain more or less. I cannot believe they said it wasnt covered for wind damage, we live in the North East of England not the Caribbean.
All i can advise everyone is to avoid buying any products from Qubox or Sunjoy at all costs, they will definelt not look after you if you have any issues - absolute joke !!

Sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the service you received from the team. The advisor you spoke to was not aware of spare stock in our warehouse and originally quoted you for imported spares. Once this was realised, we offered you a whole new gazebo at a discounted cost. This gazebo is a temporary structure and not designed to be used in windy conditions. As with most outdoor products from any retailer, warranties do not cover storm or wind damage unless specified. The spare you you required was a whole frame so we felt it best to just offer you a new gazebo at a heavily discounted price which we felt was a fair and reasonable offer. This offer is still open to you.

Quality furniture!!!

Ordered my garden furniture online which was an easy and quick process. Delivery time was really quick too. Really pleased with the quality of my furniture and definitely recommend Qubox to anyone.

Terrible experience appalling customer service!!
I placed an order for a patio furniture cover 3rd August, I promptly received email confirmation of the purchase stating I would be updated when the item was dispatched.
I waited a 7 days when decided to ring customer service to see when I would get my item. I was passed through to dispatch who said there has been hold up and that they were expecting the item immediately thereafter it would be sent.

After waiting another 6 days I received this

“Many thanks for your recent order & telephone call.

Unfortunately, we have recently been experiencing supply chain issues with some products and regrettably your order with us has been affected.

These issues have now been rectified and you can expect to receive notification of your delivery within the next few working days. We understand this is not ideal and certainly not the level of service we strive to provide.

As soon as we have received tracking details from the courier, we will update your order accordingly.

Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Qubox Support Team”

So I waited……… no item arrived. I called back and again was told the item would be delivered and I would have it week commencing 26th August but to allow time for delivery because of bank holiday and the item would definitely be delivered on Wednesday 28th or Thursday 29th. No real surprise no item delivered!!!

I called customer service today asking if I’m ever going to receive my item only to be told
It’s because of supplier issues. So even though I received an email saying everything was fine it appears this was not the case!! I asked for a refund which I presume I’m going to have to chase for judging from reading other customers experiences.

Communication has been appalling!!! Do not do business online with this company!!!

This is the worst online company I have…

This is the worst online company I have ever used. Ordered a lamp that never transpired and every time I rang customer services they fobbed me off and said they'd ring back-they never did! Finally requested a refund which is still to appear in my account. The company obviously just profit from the interest on your hard earned money.
