Do not recommend! Still waiting for a refund since 18th of July. Purchased some pendant lights, received an email saying that they are out of stock and would be over a month to get them. I immediately requested as refund and I’m still waiting! I have messaged through the app and not getting any response

What sort of business is this? I placed an order and had an email saying I might get the items, or I might not. It would only be confirmed when they let me know they were sending them. A week later, nothing. As I needed the items and had no idea how long it would take to get them from Qubox, I bought elsewhere and cancelled the order. They said they would refund within 10 working days. Did they? Of course not. Guess I will have to contact my card company. It really isn't hard to be a good business, you are really letting yourselves down. What sort of shambolic organisation sells goods it doesn't know if it can actually provide or not and then takes your money and won't give it back? Update: Their reply says they have refunded. It’s now day 11 and I still don’t have my money!!!

Faulty item....struggling to get a refund
I was a first time purchaser ordering a garden bench. Delivery was on time as promised however upon receipt there was a large crack in one of the bench panels. The quality of the item wasn't great, I contacted QUBOX asking for a return / refund. The return was accepted and item collected on 5th July. Now on the 31st July and despite a number of emails and promises from QUBOX I am still waiting for my refund. If anyone sees this from the organisation id appreciate some support in drawing this issue to a close.

Bit dubious but all was fine
I must admit i had never used or heard of this company before and after reading the trust pilot reviews was a bit sceptical
But i did order two lamps which were in stock delivery said 3 - 5 working days and they did arrive on day 5 so all i can say is my experience was a good one
I did ring customer services and a helpful gentleman did answer and helped me with my query ie will they arrive in time, he said they would and they did so all in all i am happy and would use them again

Ordered 2 lamps. Informed out for delivery. After a week nothing arrived. Contacted company and told they were out of stock for 5/6 weeks
Order cancelled. Waited 2 weeks for a refund. Eventually had to contact credit card issuer to pursue.

Do NOT use
Ordered a large parasol base on the 7th June. On the 11th I was told it was not in stock and I could either be placed on back order or cancel and get a refund. That's not the issue things happen.
I chose the refund option on the 11th and they advised it could take 7-10 working days. A long time considering they take payment instantly but okay.
7 working days pass, no refund so I chase them up. They advised they have escalated to their accounts team and it should be with me very soon.
10 workings days pass, still no refund so I contact them again. They say they have processed the refund and I should contact my bank.
It is now 13 working days since I requested a refund and they still haven't refunded the £314.10. so I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card provider.
Thing wrong and I understand that. But the absolute failure to put things right is my reason for the 1 star review. They are quick enough to take the money and should give it back just as quick.

Not great!!
Exactly the same experience as the previous review. Ordered on 15th May, parasol came quite quickly but had to keep chasing the base. Finally the base came last Friday (21/06/2024) have to say the delivery guys were outstanding! Went to put it all together and the parasol that arrived 3 weeks ago is the wrong colour! Goodness knows when I’ll now receive that, hopefully before winter sets in! Why is it so hard to get a parasol and a base together and be correct. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but it’s only fair to future customers to let them know the issues. Have today received the correct parasol, so thought it only fair to update. Bottom line, customer services team are helpful, all the delivery drivers / companies have been outstanding. The only thing letting the company down is the detail regarding items coming separately and taking quite a while in some cases, and lack of care from warehouse in picking the wrong item. Prices are good, and everything was well packaged and delivered with care. Updated my grading from 1 star to 3 stars, just a little way to go.’

Very poor experience
Constant miscommunication from Qubox, 3 related items in the order (Parasol, Base, Cover) all being delivered from separate warehouses, from separate couriers with different days. 1 month on, still waiting on one of the items and despite email saying it was dispatched, I've been told its now only on pre order.

Apologies in advance for having to leave a review. But, unless companies realise that the "detail" is very important when promoting and selling a product on their website. In my case, I was buying an outdoor rug, quite straightforward (so I thought), the price was right, the product was right, and, there were 4 available in the style and colour I wanted. Well, the product arrived, correct style, but, the wrong colour. So, I had to contact Qubox, send them the information and a photograph, wait for them to get back to me to tell me what I already know. Yes, it's the wrong colour? So, having offered a discount for me to keep the wrong product, and turning that down, means I now have to wait around for a courier to come and collect the product. Frustrating and further time wasted. I was a new customer to Qubox, not anymore. I then went and purchased a rug from Wayfair instead......"detail"

Apprehensive at first as I had not heard of this company before and the website looked very similar to a few other obscure companies. I decided to take advantage of the 10% discount and buy a bbq (£500). I placed the order on Friday but did not hear anything so called Monday morning. The sales people could not have been more helpful and put the order through (technical hold up with payment). She also called back when the order was going to be dispatched from the courier to let me know. I would buy from this company again as the product was as described and customer service was great. Quick delivery also

Great company/not so great item
The company was good to deal with although it was quite a while for the item to arrive. I bought a Gibson White Wood Lantern Table Lamp which is a nice lamp however the tubular glass over the bulb is a very poor fit in fact it doesn’t fit and sits there wobbling.
