Excellent service from Quenchfire - late requirement for a fire suppression system by building inspector meant our loft conversion was well underway before we started the process, but Quenchfire were very quick to respond and carry out the first fix to minimise delays to the project. Other installers seemed to require a lot of the work to install the pipes to be done by the client's builder, but Rob and his team did excellent work finding and opening up the best pipe routes themselves, with a neat job of lifting and replacing floorboards. Highly recommended.

Had a mist system installed a few weeks ago. The team was great throughout the design and approval process — very helpful and responsive. Installation day went smoothly; they worked quickly and efficiently. Overall, very happy with the experience so far, and hopefully we’ll never have to put the system to the test!

Really happy with Quenchfire - always provide a great service with polite, friendly engineers who clean up after themselves etc. It was hard to find a company that does domestic sprinkler servicing but I am glad I found Quenchfire and will stay will them for as long as I live in this house.

I used Quenchfire company to install the Halo 2 mist fire system in our apartment as per building control regulation. The job was quite complete to install nozzles in existing celling from ground floor the to 4 stories. Quenchfire fire did an outstanding job, from assessment, installation, and commissioning the whole system. I highly recommend Ollie and is team.
