Quick click steal from parents. More than 3 times we have been owed money as the lunches were not provided. Upon 'thorough review' they simply tell you bad luck and don't refund or credit the money owed. Also impossible to deal with and a really poor 'service' all round. I will be working with the school to find a new process.
I had a very bad experience about this company. I regularly paid them, even if they had several short downtimes. At some point my websites were unavailable and one even deleted from my cpanel. My backups were also missing. It took me ten days to obtain one previous backup from one of my website, since they blocked FTP access too, to avoid me passing to another hosting. They only reacted after I found other damaged customers willing to start a class action. Sincerely I think they aren't aware that laws protect customers too.
THE WORST COMPANY !!! dont buy from them, service unstable, i have a VPS rented from them, now its down for over 1 week, i've open several tickets but noone is aswer my tickets and after 72 hours they close them !!! better rent from someone else !!!!!!!!
Quick click hosting was formerly named as 5GBHOSTING, never buy hosting , server is offline frequently...now last 28 hours web sites offline, and their answer for tickets are very funny...
