Quickslide Limited Reviews 

I've used Quickslide to replace all the windows and doors in my house and found the staff friendly and helpful, the delivery is quick, the driver very helpful and the quality of the windows (and doors) is excellent. After sales has been very good when I've needed it too.

Very good quality windows but their customer service is not what I expected. The pre-sales team is made of one person that doesn't answer emails. Probably too busy. Also, I complained that I didn't receive enough support regarding the measurements of the window I took. I got a window that is way too big for the space available, resulting in a lot of work for my builder (and extra charge). Quickslide didn't apologise. They actually said they don't take responsibility. I won't order from them again.

t he delivery driver was very helpful the sliding sash windows are excellent th e only problem I had was with the French doors one of the locks didn't turn when the key was put in not a major issue some wd40 and was sorted thanks quickslide for your excellent service

First of all my let me say the sales team are great and the product is really good.

My first hint the back office isn't such a smooth operation was when the delivery driver recommend I found my chequebook and give him a cheque rather than try to phone payment through to the office. He had some choice words that would be unfair to repeat here.

Unfortunately I did still have to deal with the office as they contacted me about an 'underpayment' that wasn't on my quote or original invoice. In hindsight it would have been easier to pay up rather than have to endure collection emails, having to send photographic proof of quote, and a phone call which I admit I lost my temper due to the complete incompetence I was facing.

Eventually they said they would credit my account, but it had to be signed off by a director first! So I was instructed to ignore any more collection emails that might come in the meantime. What a crazy way to treat a customer over a £20 billing error.

Quick slide were brilliant from start to finish.
They did what they said they would and couldn’t have been more helpful. The person who fitted the door did a splendid job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm.

Excellent pre-installation advice. Windows measured extremely accurately and replacements arrived exactly on time. Very efficient, careful fitting with minimum mess, all cleared up perfectly. Pleasant, trustworthy fitters who worked with great precision.

We have replaced all our existing windows which were not in keeping with the property (Georgian windows) these have been replaced after the professional sales persons (adam) visited our property to advice us. Now we have the proper Victorian sash to match our existing build, all windows including 2 huge bays have been replaced and supplied by quick slide.
excellent value and the fitting service on our last installation was premier league quality.

Great service, delivered on time, nice delivery guy too. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful.

Just had a couple of sliding sash windows fitted by Steve and Giles who did an excellent job. We asked them to remove the old box sash windows completely for a more traditional look which they did (a dusty job). They fitted the new windows really well and they look very convincing from the outside. The guys tidied and hoovered up afterwards. They were noticeably careful carrying large tools and old windows through the house so my new paintwork was completely unmarked.
