Decent bonuses and useful for normal shopping
I've earned a decent amount of cashback plus bonuses, just from buying giftcards for my normal shopping. Besides which, it makes sure I have have something banked for food shopping, cos when I do my budgeting and pay bills, get cat food, go on a bipolar manic and buy things I don't need and will probably never use, I tend to forget I need to eat for more than day 1 too! So a gift card for my local Tesco is the first thing I buy on payday now, and then I use the cashback for an extra boost giftcard

It's seems a common occurrence that Quidco often and randomly simple restrict or worse cancel members accounts for absolutely nothing, particularly when there is money owed to the customer. Unfortunately, I've called prey to their scandalous behaviour. I can't login to my account and the AI ChatBot is absolute garage! I DO NOT RECOMMEND QUIDCO AND WOULD RATE 0 STARS IF I COULD. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Scammers don't pay out even when following T&Cs
Followed their T&C's to be eligible for two bonuses. One advisor stated I needed to have purchased BEFORE the 12th as per T&C's I provided proof and the next provider stated it needed to be purchased on the 12th. They don't know their head from their ... Gave them a chance to rectify or delete my account as per Right to Erasure under GDPR law and they chose to delete my account rather than payout the bonus that was rightfully mine!! Says it all!!
A member of the Quidco team need not reply saying get in touch to sort it out. You can stick it. You made your bed lie in it! You won't sort anything out you will make me just through hoops and do jack!!!

Until recently I would have rated Quidco higher, even though you do often have to chase missing claims, however the claims process has become very cumbersome, involving uploading your whole order details which is very time consuming with a lot of repetition. I am not a Quidco employee for goodness sake. You have taken exporting the job to the customer way too far.

I’ve been a member for years and find Quidco as a whole excellent. I always use it when looking for things like insurance or bigger purchases, and smaller purchases add up too. Cashback can take a while but it does add up over time, Definitely worth using.

I've purchased my car insurance several times through Quidco without any problems, however this year i hit a glitch. It was nothing to do with Quidco but meant I had to apply direct through the insurance company to resolve it. As this is against Quidco rules I thought I would miss out on my bonus, not so! After contacting Quidco I am delighted to say it was paid and as an added bonus I recieved a £20 voucher.
