Get a financial advisor who understands the Quilter operations mine was a waste of time and told me my withdrawal would turn up eventually!!
Instead a very helpful man on the Quilter help desk talked me through my problem and resolved it on the day. Otherwise my cash would be sat in a holding account, why would I want that when I've withdrawn money.? It was my fault but if you catch a train your not expected to build it first you just want to get to your destination not be complicated by the train timetable.( That's my enology )😂.

A great experience

I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the rate of tax which has been applied to your pension withdrawal. As Trustpilot is a public website, we’re unable to identify specific accounts unless our customers supply this for us.
When we receive a request from a customer to withdraw money, we apply the most recent tax code that we have received from HMRC, at source. If this is your first withdrawal, then HMRC may have been unable to provide us with the most recent tax code for you in time for you to receive your withdrawal. In this instance, we will apply what is commonly known as the emergency tax code. We inform HMRC of the payments made and they inform us of your tax code for any future payments.
If you would like us to look into your experience in more detail, then we can certainly do this for you. Please email us at CustomerInsights@Quilter.com, including your account number and the most appropriate contact details for you and we can investigate this further for you.

I had money to add into my ISA, I wasn't sure how to do it, but found the online instructions easy to follow and the transaction happened quickly. I received confirmation whilst doing the transfer and received an email straight after, giving reassurance I had done it all quickly.
