I bought an item remotely, based on photographs seen on the Marketplace. Communication was excellent and delivery was reasonably priced and exactly as promised.
Most importantly, the item (a vintage record player) exceeded my expectations and is still in regular use over 2 years later.

Clear quality communication, delivery as promised of goods which arrive precisely as advertised. Their pricing is reasonable and over the course of several purchases it is very clear that they are good people making an honest living.

Good quality items and even better customer service, very fair prices and they go out their way to supply and deliver the goods at a time that suits you. Would definitely use this friendly family run business again.

I am a regular customer with Quirky Gems having gotten various pieces of furniture for my house over the last couple of years. Great customer service, fair pricing, good quality items and I love the second hand finds they come across and it also follows an ethos I also love which is stopping furniture that could be reused going to the landfill. Always professional and if you have any questions they are prompt to reply to you. They also deliver right to your door which is helpful if you don’t have the means of collecting. Love them!
